S&F in replacement DOL (Direct-On-Line) starter, 415 V, suitable for 5 HP, three-phase motor, complete with suitably rated contactor, thermal overload relay, start/stop push buttons, control fuse/MCB, enclosure and all necessary internal wiring, terminals and accessories, connection, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement contactor, ML-3 range, 65–80 A, suitable for operation of 40–45 HP, 415 V, three-phase submersible pumping set, complete with necessary auxiliary contacts, operating coil, terminals, mounting arrangements and all accessories, reconnection, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement contactor, ML-2 range, 40–60 A, suitable for operation of 20–40 HP, 415 V, three-phase submersible pumping set, complete with suitably rated operating coil, auxiliary contacts, terminals, mounting arrangements and all necessary accessories, reconnection, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects, all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable submersible pumping set of any capacity and type, complete with column pipes, from existing borewell carefully and without causing damage to the pumping set, column pipes, connecting parts, submersible cable and other associated components, including disconnecting, dismantling and lowering the pumping set alongwith column pipe after repair, including providing and fixing, suitable packing at column pipe joints, reconnection of submersible cable and all necessary incidental works, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Chain pulley block, clamps and other necessary lifting equipment shall be arranged by the contractor. (ii) All necessary safety precautions during taking out, lowering, handling, repair and reinstallation of the submersible pumping set shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. (iii) Parts/components replaced in the submersible pumping set shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant item of this Schedule. (iv) No extra payment shall be made to the Contractor on account of the requirements specified at Notes (i) and (ii) above.

M&L for dismantling submersible pump motor of 40 to 41 HP capacity and taking out unserviceable spares including burnt copper winding wire, rewinding of submersible motor with insulated copper winding wire including sleeves as per original manufacturer's specifications, replacement of worn-out minor parts such as coupling key, impeller key, drain plug, water seal, ball bearing etc., including grinding and polishing of rotor sleeves and refixing, testing and commissiong complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Parts/components replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under the relevant items of this Schedule. (ii) Transportation charges to and from the workshop shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

All as per Item No. 5 above, but for 30 to 35 HP motor, complete all as specified and directed.
