Taking down the unseviceable geyser of any capacity and in any position horizontal or vertical and disconnection of electric/water supply lines for repair/over hauling/replacement of unserviceable parts and and re-fixing the geyser in serviceable condition after assembling, testing & reconnecting the electric & water supply line complete all as specified and directed. Note-Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down ceiling fan, exhaust fan , wall mounted fan, pedestal fans,Air circulator from any location and any height, removing fan blades for repair and refixing the same after over hauling and servicing of ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall fan, Air circulator pedestal fan of any size and model including oiling, greasing cleaning and replacement of split pin rubber reel, clamp, check nuts, flexible cord of size 3 core of suitable size complete all as directed by EIC. (Note- U/s spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.refixing the same after repair all as directed by EIC.

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, reassembling the same complete all as sapecified and approved by EIC.

Ditto- all as per item No 20.00 above but size 1400 mm sweep ceiling fan.

M&L for rewinding of wall mounted fan of size upto 600mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate guage for any make or model including replacement of minor part and reassembling, testing complete all as specified and approved by EIC.

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan of size upto 300 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge for any make or model,reassembling and testing complete all as specified and approved by EIC.

Servicing of solar water heater upto 300 Ltrs capacity including checking serviceability of individual components and replacement of worn-out fasteners, gaskets, washers accessories, inspection of the entire system, cleaning of Sacrificial Anode, rectification of any leaks, tightening of electric loose connections etc,. and making system operational. Providing labour for servicing and maintenance of complete Solar water heating installed at single story bldg plugging leakages, by pass welding ,brazings, copper plates, tubes, trays & hot water pipe/tanks cleaning of flat plate collector tube/glass & cleaning of sintex tank & storgae tank /makeup tank including dismantatling inlet and outlet connections & refixing the same after cleaning for proper functining to maintain proper water tepreture complete all as specified and approved by EIC. Note : Contractor should maintain the repair system complete in mess as & when reqd.
