M&L for comprehensive annual maintenance (AMC) of laundry equipments for opening, inspecting all mechanical/ electrical / electronic circuit connections & taking out its worn out / defective parts incl oiling greasing & alignment of inner gasket shaft pulley contact set incl cleaning the drain system replacing worn out spare parts nut bolts & washers re-assembling the same and testing for smooth functioning the following laundry plant including necessary minor spare parts complete up to Rs.1000/-,Major spare parts will be paid and measure separately in respective items, this items is including the labour cost for removing and fixing of old/new of all spares all as specified and directed. Heavy duty Iron boxes - 03 Nos.(Make : Deson) Note: (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM of the concerned machine only. (ii) Spare parts required to be replaced will be measured & paid separately.

Hydroextractor - 4 Nos, (iv). Drying Tumbler - 2 Nos , (v). Steam Generator- 01 No, (vi). M&L for servicing & comprehensive maintenance of diesel fired Revomax Steam Boiler capable of generating 600 Kg/Hr Model RXA-06 of Thermax make including servicing of all parts as per Thermax service manual, and attending breakdown in & including minor parts below Rs.1000/- etc. complete all as directed. Note: (i) The work shall be carried out by OEM of the concerned machine only. (ii) Spare parts required to be replaced will be measured & paid separately. (iii) this items is including the labour cost for removing and fixing of old/new of all spares.
