Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 63 KVA HT/LT Distribution transformer bearing following specifications: 1) Type: HT/LT Transformer, out door, oil cooled. 2) Capacity: 63 KVA- 03 Phase with neutral. 3) Operating Conditions: a) Input: 11000 volts; b) Output: 440 volts AC Supply in 03 phases. 4) Terminals: input terminals shall be 03 in number with HT Bush rods, insulators, washers, nuts etc. and Output terminals shall be 04 in number with LT Bush rods, insulators, washers, nuts etc. 5) Core: High permeability core for heat dissipation fabricated out of suitable size and gauge strips. 6) Transformer Coils: Suitable number for HT and LT Coils in each. The transformer coils shall be fabricated out of superior quality aluminium wire/ strips, properly wound and leak proof. 7) Coolant: The transformer shall be completely filled with “A” Grade transformer oil up to required level. 8) Enclosure: The core, coils, brackets shall be enclosed in M.S Tank of suitable thickness with cooling conduits/ fins on either side. The M.S Tank shall be painted in two coats of enamel synthetic paint and the tank shall be fitted with drain cock/ plug and level indicator. Besides above, the whole assembly is to be carried to site and includes carriages, head loads, all leads and lifts involved.

Providing and erection of 09-meter-long mild steel tubular poles duly coated with red oxide steel primer and aluminium paint. The pole shall be fitted with suitable size and thickness M.S Plate at bottom for grouting purpose. Charges include cost on account of earth excavation and cement bottoming of poles. Job includes earthing of pole and providing/ fitting of Guy Wire if required.
