SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF PANEL SIDE WALLS The panel wall of 18mm thickness to be installed directly on the existing wall by creating a cavity of 20-22 mm between the building and panel wall and it is to be completely filledwith a fire dried sand, granulation 1-3mm and The final surface is finished with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of coating. Solid hardwood top layer 3.6mm. SST surface with a special sanding and depth impregnation for Squash. Entire thickness: 12.6 mm, tongue and groove,. Dimensions: 2200mm x 180mm x 12.6 mm. Floor construction height: approx. 56.6mm, required height on site: 60 mm. HARO Melbourne 65 squash floor is WSF (World Squash Federation) approved. Providing and Fixing The Height Adjustable Tin should be made of 2mm thick stiffened aluminum in single aluminum sheet and should be made in two parts for easy transportation and installation. The height should be adjustable of 48cm or 43cm high and 6.4mtr width. The upper sloping tin profile should be integrated and cover with red tape.complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing 3-4mm thick (WSF approved) Rebound Plaster and 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of paint with game line marking complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre
