The instant tender is a single tender and the participating tenderer against this tender must be the OEM of 25KVA Inverter ('Autometers Alliance' make) fitted in Self Generating RMPU type coaches.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

@ 18% GST of Departmental Value has been taken in schedule item No. 02, GST will be paid to the firm's at the time of billing, subjected to firm's production of sufficient documentary evidences in support of same. NOTE: GST rate as applicable during the period of execution/billing.

Performance Guarantee: Performance Guarantee as per GCC 2022

Security Deposit: As per Indian Railways Standard General Condition of Contract 2022.

VARIATIONS IN EXTENT OF CONTRACT as per GCC2022

The tenderer shall thoroughly go through the entire tender documents and strictly adhere the instructions and directions given at different pages.

If the Tenderer(s) deliberately give(s) wrong information/ incorrect documents in his/their tender or create circumstances for the acceptance of his/their tender, or at any stage during currency of contract, the Railway reserves the right to reject such tender at any stage. The entire EMD, PG and Security deposit and any other dues available with Railway against that contract will be forfeited. Action will be taken to suspend the business with the tenderer for a period of one year. In addition, Administration reserves the right to prosecute under suitable law.

Execution of Contract Document: The Tenderer whose tender is accepted shall be required to appear in person at the office of Sr.DEE/TL/AC/KGP SRC SRC, or if tenderer is a firm or corporation, a duly authorized representative shall appear and execute the contract agreement within seven days of notice from Railways that the Contract Agreement is ready. The Contract Agreement shall be entered into by Railway only after submission of valid Performance Guarantee by the Contractor. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of the agreement affected by the acceptance of the tender. In such cases the Railway may determine that such tenderer has abandoned the contract and there upon his tender and acceptance thereof shall be treated as cancelled and the Railway shall be entitled to forfeit the full amount of the Earnest Money and other dues payable to the Contractor under this contract. The failed Contractor shall be debarred from participating in the re tender for that work.

Communications to be in Writing: All notices, communications, reference and complaints made by the Railway or the Engineer or the Engineer's Representative or the Contractor inter-se concerning the works shall be in writing or e-mail on registered e-mail IDs and no notice, communication, reference or complaint not in writing or through e-mail, shall be recognized.

DETERMINATION OF CONTRACT: DETERMINATION OF CONTRACT shall be governed by Standard General Condition Of Contract 2022 of Indian Railways.

Tenderer should watch the website for the corrigendum/ addendum to the NIT/tender document, if any that may be uploaded prior to tender opening (include) as there will not be any separate communication for that.
