Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 metres lead and disposal of malba to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead :

Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead and disposal of malba to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground notified by MCD Delhi within any lead and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing, installing and fixing retro-reflective single-sided Mandatory, Cautionary, location sign boards etc. comprising customised modular stainless steel (SS 304 Grade) hollow section framework, SS (304 Grade) base board and retro-reflective sheeting, complete. The framework shall be made of SS (304 Grade) hollow sections/SS flat of appropriate size and design as approved by Engineer-in-charge for horizontal and vertical members, fabricated as per approved drawings. The base board shall be of 1.2 mm thick stainless steel sheet, routed, folded and fixed on the SS (304 Grade) frame by pop riveting or self-tapping SS (304 Grade) screws of 5 mm diameter or welding, ensuring that no riveting is visible on either face of the board. The front face of the SS (304 Grade) sheet shall be provided with micro-prismatic retro-reflective sheeting conforming to Type-XI of ASTM D-4956-09. The item shall include necessary clamps, fittings, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation, labour, tools, plants, equipment and all incidental works, complete in all respects as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement for payment shall be made on the basis of the front face area of the sign board only). (Stainless steel frame work and post except SS sheet shall be paid separately under the relevant agreement item).

Providing and fixing road safety convex mirror of size 800 mm (80 cm / 32 inch) diameter, made of high-quality acrylic / polycarbonate reflective surface with weather-resistant backing, suitable for outdoor use, for installation at road junctions, sharp curves and turning points for traffic safety, including S.S. mounting bracket with adjustable arm, clamps, nuts, bolts, washers, and all necessary fittings, complete. The item shall also include fixing of the mirror on pole / wall / SS pipe as directed, ensuring proper alignment and angle for maximum visibility of oncoming traffic/vehicles, including fabrication, drilling, fastening, testing, and all labour, tools, tackles, transportation, loading, unloading, and incidental charges, complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Stainless steel post/pole shall be paid separately under the relevant agreement item).

Credit and disposal of old damaged and dismantled Steel/Iron/M.S/G.I/C.I/SCI and other similar articles (The material will be the property of contractor) Note: Actual weight of the material to be measured for payment.
