Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:-Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound. Make : conplast x 421 IC of M/s Foroc Chemical (Inida) Ltd or its techno commercially equivalent.

M&L for Applying oil bounded bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less then 4.0 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less then 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less then 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement, tearing strength of 180 N by torch- on application including min 10cm side over lap & 15 cm end laps. Applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2 Kg/sqm as per the detailed specifications. Note : The laying/ applying of APP membrane and other connected work shall be carried out by the approved applicator of the manufacturing company of APP membrane.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

S&F 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including fittings complete all as specified .

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250ltr and n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

S&F joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe-410-w(Gde-E-250) all as specified.

S&F PVC Coated chain link fencing50 mm x 50 mesh size, 3.80mm dia of wire , size and type of standards, rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire.

S&F chain link fencing including line wires 3.80mm dia wire and 50x50mm pitch , rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) .

M&L Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified .

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or quare nut, n exc 5cm long dia of shank diameter of neck in 5 to 10 mm.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width of girth n. Otherwise described.
