Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of AHRI/ Eurovent certified imported Air cooled Screw chillers of following capacities each with 2 nos of Hermetic Screw Liquid Compressors, dedicated VFD's minimum IP-66 protection class for each compressor, independent Refrigerant circuits, Squirrel Cage induction motor suitable for 415 V +/- 10%, 50 Hz, 3Ph, Hybrid Falling Film or Flooded Type shell and tube Evaporator/ cooler with 38mm thick nitrile rubber insulation & 26 gauge aluminium sheet cladding finishing, air-cooled condenser of copper tubes & aluminium fins, safety devices, microprocessors based diagnostic system, the microprocessor shall automatically activate and interlock the chilled water pumps & condenser fan motors upon chillers activation,

R-134a pre-charged refrigerant & compressor oil, variable speed drives starter with IP-66 protection class for compressor motor & condenser fans or EC fans (manufacturer's certificate shall be submitted for approval), Totally Enclosed Air Oven condenser fans, Chiller should have rapid restart mechanism restart time of first compressor with 45 sec and time to reach 80% of load is 180 sec and all necessary accessories to complete the system as per tender specification and includes 'Factory acceptance test, & Factory performance test.

PRESSURISATION UNIT & EXPANSION TANK

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Pressurization unit comprise of two nos. (1 working + 1 stand-by) high pressure pumps of PN10 pressure rating, IP-55 protection control panel, mounted on M.S.frame, complete with interconnecting piping, isolation valves, NRV, Y-strainer, pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, flow meter, inter connected piping, control panel, electrical MCB and interconnecting wiring, pressurized expansion tank of 750 lts capacity with 10 bar pr.rating, interchangeable EPDM-BUTYL rubber membrane, complete with safety relief valve, Auto Air vent, pressure reducing valve and pressure gauge, tank pressure rating to suit the system pressure, adequately sized to compensate for water expansion due to operating temperature variations, insulated and cladded with 26G-aluminium cladding, necessary valves, fittings and accessories etc., and as per tender specification.

FLEXIBLE EXPANSION JOINTS

Supply and installation of Rubber flexible expansion joints and as per tender specification. The scope includes all accessories, fittings, bolts& nuts and consumables.

REPAIRS FOR 16000cfm AHU @ Ground Floor Wing-2

Repairs and re-conditioning of 16000cfm AHU to improve efficiency. Scope of work includes removal of existing duct connection between AHU & Plenum duct, making cut-out of size: 650x600mm at AHU side panel, finishing of cut-out with powder coated GI 'C' sections, providing suitable size Aluminium aerofoil damper and necessary GI ducting with MS pre-painted angle frames between damper & AHU plenum, making a suitable size cut-out to Plenum Duct, necessary connections, closing left-over cut-outs and application of silicon sealant to all joints to arrest air leaks and finishing works. M.S.STRUCTURAL WORK

Supply, fabrication and installation of MS Structure for Equipment base frames, piping supports and ducting floor/ wall bracket supports. The scope includes supply of MS 'C' Channels, MS 'L' angles, fabrication, installation and application of two coats of red-oxide primer and one coat of enamel paint.

SUPPLY & RETURN AIR PLENUM BOXES

Supply and fixing of 24gauge supply and return air diffuser plenums for installing diffusers. Size: 500mm x 500mm x 450mm(H). The vendor should visit site & discuss with Engineer In-charge to assess the quantity prior to procurement while executing the contract works.

FLEXIBLE DUCTS FOR PLENUM BOXES

Supply and fixing of 350mm dia., 25mm thick flexible duct with circular fixing clamps for establishing connection between Plenumbox and Ducts. The vendor should visit site & discuss with Engineer In-charge to assess the quantity prior to procurement while executing the contract works.

FLEXIBLE CANVASS CONNECTIONS
