Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium composite Panel cladding with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portion of the building for all heights and all levels etc. including. A) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it water tight including checking of all the structural and functional design. b) Providing fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metallic colour of approved shades made out of 4 mm thick aluminium panel material consisting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated with KYNAR 500 based PVDF/ Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face #1 and polymer (Service) coating on face #2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather sealant, backer rods etc. c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5/MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fastener, SS 316 pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing. The item includes cost of all material & labour components, the cost of all mockups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding in the handing over of the building for occupations. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal pieces.

Providing and fixing aluminium works for doors windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285. Fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and side with required EPDM rubber/Neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium snap beading for glazing/panelling, C.P brass /stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawing and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately). For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including, providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provisions for fixing of fitting wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately), (10.66.1). Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS.1868. aluminium anodic coat face #2 as specified.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilator, shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the directions of engineer-in-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (10.68.1). With float glass panes of 4 m thickness.

Providing & fixing aluminium handles with necessary screws etc. complete. (7.93.1) 125 mm.

Providing wood work in frame of false ceiling, partition etc. sawn & put up in position. (7.52.3) Leihao wood.

Providing & fixing 3 mm thick commercial ply sheet ceiling with beading 62 mm x 12 mm of Uchan wood complete (frame work to be paid separately).

Painting (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality of black or chocolate colour on wood work to give an even shade.

Dismantling sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters etc. stacking the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead. (13.27.1) GI Sheet roofing.

Corrugated G.I sheet 24 B.G fixed with Galvanised iron J or L hooks 8 mm dia G.I limpet & bitumen washer complete excluding the cost of purlins rafter & trusses.

Ridges or hips 610 mm over all in plain G.I sheet 24 B.G fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks 8 mm dia G.I. Limpet & bitumen washer complete.

Demolition of wooden floors upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead (joints to be measured and paid for separately).

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying SSR (Stain and Scratch Resistant) tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) of approved make in all colours and sheds, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete size on tiles 600 x 600 mm (SSR) branded kajaria make.

Supplying and fixing of PVC Badminton court including carriage.
