Demolition of unreinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles (Rectified tiles) of 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, approved 1st quality in floors etc with screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles (Rectified tiles) of 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm approved 1st quality in floors etc along with rendering of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 to stone/ brick masonry, scoured for fixing tiles/ stone slabs as in skirting/dados in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each the exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,of approved 1st quality in floors etc with screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding & conc (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for rendering to Stone masonry surfaces or fair faces of concrete surfaces, 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, scoured for fixing tiles /stone slabs in skirting/ dados etc to complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 450mmX350mm/300mmX7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed. Note: PVC tile beading to be done at external corners along the edge of the tile and the cost is included in rate quoted above.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L 17-18 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.
