Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing rubbish off the premises from MoD land, complete all as specified and directed BY Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by on brick/concrete surfaces of sunken slab, mixed with liquid water proofing compound both floor and wall of sunken slab, the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying evenly two coat cemetious/liquid waterproofing coating on sunken slab/ceiling/wall as per manufacturer instructions including cleaning surface complete all as specified. Make :- Doctor Fixit/ SIKA/FOSROC/STP/CHOKSEY CHEMICAL/APURVA INDIA/BOSTIK INDIA/STP/MARUTI BITUMEN.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 Using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in filling under floor/sunken slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) 25 mm thick, as in Floors, etc., and finished the Cement Concrete Surfaces Even and fair with using Extra Cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n. exec. 0.11 Sqm laid as in floors setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement mortar ( 1:6) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles,on vertical surface 200x300mm to 8mm in size, set on set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 , complete all as speceified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic colour tiles on vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 to 8 mm/ 450x350x7 to 8 mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including grinding, moulding rounnding and polishing bedding as in, window Cill, kichen self plateform etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting of seepage effected area near NT floor and Wall joint of pipe and applying cement paste mixed with RBR compound (Roff Bond Repair) mixed in ratio as per manufacturers instructions to stop the seepage, applied in sides of Nahni trap/floor traps, W.C traps, junction of pipes, bends & similar item/joints/ junctions to eliminate the seepage at the wall area n.exc 1.5 Sqm Each complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof tretment including padding,cement mortar bedding,grass, trees treating with chemical and cleaning the surface and removal outside the MOD land as per NGT norms, complete all as specified and directed Note- Taking down earthng strips and solar panel wires from roof and re-fixing on the same position after APP laying is deemed to be inclusive of rate quoted by the contractor

M&L for Cutting out cracks 'V' section on existing roofs or terrace cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate ) as in padding of floors/ roof surface finished even and smooth surface.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick fare faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L water proofing treatment on roof and sunken portion of floor and vertical surface consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/Sqm on plaster surface all as specified. (c) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/ sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with end laps of the 10cm and side over laps of 7.5cm by flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat Bitumen water proofing aluminium heat resistance paint on the roof as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for leakage/seepage proof coating consisting of preparing the surface of roofs,exterior walls, parapet ,chajjas etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc. and filling cracks above 5mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pedilite URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and crack less than 5mm with Dr Fixit Crack X powder or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and applying Dr Fixit primeseal primer or STP Ltd (and allow today for 8hrs under touch dry condition and subsequently two coats of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at least 6 hours before next coat) etc. complete all as per manufacture instruction and all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment applying PU & Acryling based Elostomeric Coat in UV shafe having OVOC coating applying two coats as per manufucturer's instructions to protect roof over clean plastered surface complete all as specifeid and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note (i) Water proofing gurantee for 10 Years should be included in the quote rate

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mena radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down Cement Plaster from wall and ceiling of any description from Brick/concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Rate included for four storey building including skefolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete/gunniting surfaces as in ceiling mixed with integral water proofing compound , the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately..

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on brick/concrete surfaces of wall, mixed with integral water proofing compound, the surface shall be cured and allow to dry, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement 4 coarse sand) furrowingthe under layer with scratching tool applying cement slurry @ 3kg/sqm top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 ( 1cement 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping coloured 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing & washing the top layer with brushes & water to expose the stone chipping including taking down of plaster complete all as speacified pattern decided by Engr-in-Charge. (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately). Note:- Top layer of shade shall be of grey cement using colouring pigment & stone chipping of desired colour as approved.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for gunntling to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, ceiling, facia landing , balconies and similar work etc by removing/dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fisng with sufficient fastners/concrete nails/welding at regular intervals welded steel wire mesh 50mmx50mm with 4mm dia steel wire as faces/drops and applying epoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikaa. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm with varying thickness from 25mm to 100mm as per requirement at site gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one pat of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) and plastering in cm 1:4 to a uniform surface, wherever required at any height, location and positon complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all conrete surface shall be thorughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars were incorporated in work however min 20mm cement plaster in 1:4 and necessary concrete wks related to gunniting to be included in quoted rate. (iii) Gunniting at Ground floor to 4th storey (iv) Anti corrosive protective coating for reinforced bars. (v) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (vi) Rate for steel scaffolding and formwork wherever required and as directed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) All demolished material removed from MoD land completely to any location as per NGT Norms. (viii) The work will be executed in different buildings and at scattered locations.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls by Vacuum based sanding machine complete all as specified, applying wall care putty upto 1mm thick as required (multi purpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying two coats oil emulsion distemper white or coloured over a coat of approved primer by auto roller complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered ceiling surface and applying three coats of white wash complete and all as specified and as directed

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete.

M&L for along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole,300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc. 1.5 Sqm each all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters only exc 1 Sqm and n.exc. 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm rigid prelaminated PVC foam sheet mite cut at two corners and jointing with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm MS square tube of two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19x19mm MS square tube of 19 guage WPDM rubber gasket weather seal tobe provided throughout frame the door frame shal be fixed to the wall using 100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fastners. A minimum of 04 Nos screws to be provided for each vertical members and minimum 02 Nos of horizontal members,Make:-Rajshri,Sintex or Equivalent.

S&F for 30mm thick factory made solid panel prelaminated PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of MS tube of 19 guage thickness and size of 19x19mm for styes and 15x15mm for topo and bottom rails. MS frame shall have a coat of steel primer of approved make and manufacturer. M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using (40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base of floor path and hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks,lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc.,of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 40mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Taking out the existing paver blocks of any size and set and jointed agaist in the same position after cleaning of grass and other vegetation etc all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching, bed block for rungs, window cills etc including necessary form works complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

Dismantling structural steel work including steel door, gate, window guard bars, grills etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L fabricated frame work as in doors frame using MS Box section of required size for making rebate to fix Shutter and other section with gusset plate rails, braces etc. complete drilled for fixing Door Shutter with MS Butt Hinges and hole for tower bolt, sliding boltetc or other covering door etc to be prepared for hanging with and including hinges all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel works as in grills and railing of Fe-410-0or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness, including nainital or similar pattern removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or steel based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & steel based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for welding in repair thickness of metal to be welded not exc 6 mm for railing, post, angle etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of debris/malwa/surplus soil to a distance exc 10 Km but n exc 15.00 Km out side MOD land as per NGT norms, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 500 litres to 1000 litres of RCC or PVC tanks including writing the letters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning of water tank, duly removing all scale, dirt or mud, fungus etc and washing and flushing the tank with chlorine water for the capacity of tanks 250 ltrs to 500 ltrs of RCC or PVC tanks including writing the letters on PVC or RCC tank as cleaned on duly mentioning date of cleaning with paint as directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NOS 123 & 124: While cleaning any parts of the water tanks was broken / damaged the same shall be replaced by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Note :- The amount of Rs 90085/- against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 141 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
