PCC (1:3:6)in foundation/floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:2:4) cement concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b. granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc compacting to required le vel including cost, conveyance all taxes royalty and cost of all materials and labours T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

FLY ASH brick masonry work (IS –2212) in cm (1:6) using FLY ASH brick size (25 x 12 x 8) cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in F&P including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:4) in all floors finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Providing fitting fixing cutting & cleaning of 20mm th granite stone plate fixingwith 25mm th CM(1:1) with cement slurry and grouting materials of approved quality for fixing floor tiles where necessary including cost and conveyance of all materials labour T&P, hire charges of machine, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charge

Applying two coats of weather coat seal paint over a base coat of primer including scrapping cleanning of old paint by means of brush cost & conveyance of all materials etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.
