Brick work in cement motor 1:5 mix(one cement and five sand) using 2nd class country brick of size 9"x41/2"x3" including curing finishing and cost and conveyance of materials and labour charge etc complete as per std specification.

Plastering Cemend mortor 1:5 mix (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyanace of materials and labour charge etc completed as per std specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (one Part of cement, One and half Part of M- Sand and three Part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00m height for plane surface such as RCC Slab, Rectangular Beams, Tee (or) ELL Beams, Lintel Bed Block, Slabs, Landing Slabs, Beams Canopy, Side Slab (or) Square (or) Round columns etc., as detailed below with all cross branching using M.S. Sheets of size 80cm x 60cm and B.G. 10 stiffended with welded M.S. Angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak or country wood joints of 10cm to 30cm to dia spaced at 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications as directed by departmental officers etc., complete.

For Beam

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½:3 Mix (One part cement, one and half part M.sand and three part of aggregate)using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing but excluding cost of reinforcement etc. Complete with std. Specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S.Grill Gate of approved design using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed to Gate frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Dewatering using 3HP to 70HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc., complete.

Open well excavation complying with relevant clauses of T.N.D.S.S. Well sinking and with lead upto 10 metre in Medium rock and dense medium rock not requring blasting - First depth of 2 metre

Deepeing of open well with Hard Rock including all cost of Metrial and Labour etc as per satndard Specificatio

Painting two coats for Exterior surface with approved Exterior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 15 c.m x 15c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

OPENWELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET AS PER IS 14220 / 2002 WITHOUT PANEL BOARD

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lampscapacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V grade in 25mm dia G.I pipe (Bclass) suitable bend at both ends with necessary angle iron up right and end supports for mains.

Supply and Run of 2x4 sq.mm(84/0.3) PVC insulated Sc unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100V on 7/20 Gibearer wire for service connection mains.
