Taking down old sinks and Supply and fixing Stainless steel kitchen / laboratory sink, made out of 1.00 mm thick sheet for kitchen over all size 495 mm x 420 mm x 160 mm, with bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm, mm all as per Cat No.SSSB06A of Blue Star make or techno commercially equivalent in other makes specified including CP waste coupling of 40 mm dia, cast iron cantilever brackets, 40 mm dia 800 mm long corrugated PVC waste pipe, washers, connecting union etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable plate rack, supply and fix new Stainless steel plate rack of 0.63mm thick sheet, size 600mm x 750mm and of weight not less than 4.5kg each complete all as specified and directed. Make: Blue star, Model No. SSKPR-311.or techno-commercially equivalent make of NIRALI / ANJALI / JAYNA / DIAMOND.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tank of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 500 litres fixed on roof by setting aside (or lowering, if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting / re-fixing / reconnecting in same / new location including writing date of cleaning on each tank with white paint, height / size of letters / figures not less than 10cm in height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of water tanks of 500 litres capacity from roof top and supply and fixing Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (triple layered) of 500 Litres capacity with ISI mark embossed on it, (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Uprooting shrubs / plant /flora / fauna on walls, girth not exceeding 100 mm, cutting holes in walls, digging out roots applying sulphuric acid / phenolic acid as per manufacturers instructions to burn out deep grown roots and making good the surface using CM 1:3 (mixed with and including water proofing compound) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The height of walls is up to 16 m, necessary cost of scaffolding shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
