Rugged Thermal & Optical Surveillance System (RCS). Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Rugged Thermal & Optical IP Based Surveillance System suitable for 24×7 outdoor surveillance applications. The system shall comprise thermal and optical camera sensors with thermal radiometry, hotspot detection, thermal overlay, day/night operation, motion detection, intrusion analytics, IR/night surveillance capability, onboard/network recording, remote monitoring, and PoE operation complete all as per technical specification att. 4MP outdoor Network IR Bullet Camera. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4MP outdoor Network IR Bullet Camera having 1/3" Progressive CMOS sensor, minimum resolution 2688 × 1520 @ 25/30 fps, motorized 2.7–13.5 mm varifocal lens, minimum 60 m IR range with Smart IR, WDR 120 dB, True Day/Night (ICR), H.265/H.264 compression, Starlight technology, motion detection and intelligent analytics, Micro SD storage support, ONVIF compatibility, IP67 weatherproof metal housing, PoE support etc complete all as per technical specification attached. Fence Mounted Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS). Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Fence Mounted Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) capable of generating alarms upon intrusion attempts such as cutting, climbing, tampering, stretching of fence, ladder placement, disturbance of razor coils/barbed wire, or any unauthorized activity on the fence. The system shall operate by sensing vibration/disturbance generated due to intrusion attempts and shall provide real-time visual and audio alarm indication in the Command & Control System complete all as per technical specification attached. Camera pole. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 6 m high heavy duty camera pole fabricated from minimum 120 mm dia MS tubular pole complete with camera mounting plate/bracket, base plate, anchor fasteners, cable routing arrangement, junction box, anti-corrosion painting/hot dip galvanizing, and all associated accessories. The item shall include excavation, PCC foundation, concreting, erection, alignment, and complete civil works required for installation of surveillance cameras suitable for outdoor military/security applications complete all as per technical specification attached.

Underground Networking System for Surveillance Infrastructure. Supply, laying, testing, and commissioning of complete underground networking infrastructure for surveillance system covering approximately 3 km stretch comprising armoured Optical Fiber Cable (OFC), Cat-6 cable, and 3 core × 4 sq.mm copper power cable laid through heavy duty DWC conduits including excavation/trenching, backfilling, cable pulling, termination, jointing, dressing, protection, and all associated civil works required for complete installation. All cables shall remain underground inside DWC conduits and shall be suitable for outdoor military/security surveillance applications. The scope shall include HDPE/DWC conduits, warning tape, sand cushioning, route markers, junction boxes, cable accessories, termination hardware, testing, commissioning, and restoration of disturbed surfaces complete in all respects.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete power supply system comprising 5.5 kVA online UPS with minimum 10 hours battery backup for surveillance system including 72 cameras and 3000 m PIDS load, complete with maintenance free batteries, battery rack, cabling, protection system, earthing, and all accessories. The item shall also include 15 kVA DG set with acoustic enclosure, AMF/control panel, fuel tank, installation, testing, and commissioning complete in all respects.

Local Command & Control System. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Local Command & Control System comprising high-performance Intel i7 based workstation with dedicated minimum 8 GB graphics card, wireless keyboard and mouse, Network Video Recorder (NVR) suitable for minimum 72 IP cameras with one month video storage capacity, managed network switch, three nos. 50-inch LED displays, and 24U network rack complete with power distribution unit, cable management, cooling arrangement, operating software, interconnections, and all accessories required for complete surveillance monitoring and control operation complete all as per technical specification attached.

Lightning protection and earthing system. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete lightning protection and earthing system comprising lightning conductors, minimum 2 m long earth electrodes with copper lugs, aluminum strip connection from lightning arrester to earth electrode, chemical earthing with conductive gel compound, excavation, backfilling, chamber construction, and all associated civil works required for installation of minimum 6 ft earth electrodes complete in all respects for surveillance and security infrastructure applications.

Network Enclosures & Associated Networking Components. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of outdoor/indoor network enclosures complete with managed/unmanaged network switches, media converters/SFP modules, 5A switches and sockets, power distribution arrangement, cable management system, cooling/ventilation arrangement, mounting accessories, interconnections, and all associated hardware required for surveillance and security network infrastructure. The network enclosures shall be fabricated from powder-coated MS material, weatherproof suitable for outdoor applications, and capable of housing networking and power equipment safely complete as required for satisfactory operation.
