EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc.,including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:4:8 mix using 40mm gauge hand broken hard granite stone jelly for FOUNDATION including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Fillling in basement with conveyed Earth layers of not more than 15cm thick,well rammed, watered and compacted, complying with standard specification etc., complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement and trenches with FILLING M.SAND in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well watered,rammed and consolidated complying with standard specification etc.,complete.

BRICK WORK in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using second class country bricks of size 23cm x 11cm x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and erecting CENTERING for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29 m high for plane surfaces such as RCC SLABS, RECTANGULAR BEAMS, TEE or ELL BEAMS, LINTELS, BED BLOSKS. STAIRCASE WAIST and landing slabs, landing beams, canopy etc., in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm * 25mm * 3mm for boarding laid over countrywood joists of size 10cm * 6.50cm spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by Casuarian props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete and as directed.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/Ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors, complete complying with standard specfication.

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

SPECIAL CEILING PLASTERING and finishing all the RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, staircase steps, landing slabs, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 10mm thick and including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary cem,ent mortar nosing beading as per size, specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface

PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick in all floors complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4mix to 20 mm thick includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour

WEATHERING COURSE CONCRETE using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added) over the RCC roof slabs in the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid in a single layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden beaters if approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinkling lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23cm * 23cm * 2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement used and the top pointed with same mortar mixed with redoxide to the full depth of tiles, complete complying with standard specification

Paving the floor with best quality Vertified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing following thickness of granolithic pattern floor finish with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand four hard brocken stone) using 10 to 12 mm size hard brocken stone jelly and the top rubbed smooth,etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed.

Fabrication and supply of Mild Steel Door of any required size with double leaf,outter frame of 35x35x 5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal MSL angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter frame strengthened by stiffeners of 2Nos.horizontal and 3 Nos. diagonal for each shutter using M S flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M S full sheet welded with shutter frame neatly and also fixin by welding 6 Nos. of hold fasts,2 Nos. wind appliances,3 Nos. tower bolts,1 No. aldrop2 Nos. handles, fixing shutterwith6 Nos.of hinges with outter frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat best quality of red oxide primer

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COATS of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the engineer before use on work.

Providing and fixing PVC. Rainwater Downfall pipes of 110mm diametre with necessary shoes, bends and other speicals, clamps, screws, nails, teakwood plugs etc., complete including cost of all materials. The rate is to include cost of removable cast iron Gratings of appropriate size. The size of teakwood plugs to be used is 150mm * 25mm in front and 200mm * 75mm in rear and all other sides with a depth of 100mm. The pipe is to be fixed by means of "U" clamps at the cnetre of the pipe screwed to the plugs. The special type of 'U' clamps at the centre of the pipe to be fixed in addition to these for more than three metres pipe length, complete complying with standard specification.

Distembering two coats with best approved oil bound distember including cost of painting priming coat over new plastered surface and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges
