Taking down old unserviceable GO's and supply & install 11 KV air break gang operated triple pole out door type gang operated air break switch mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 09 Nos insulators outdoor type triple pole suitable for horizontal/vertical installation provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator high pressure heavy tined copper alloy contact assembly suitable for 400 Amps, including air break switch suitable for 11 KV, 400 Amps mounted on 06 Insulators with drop out fuse unit, operating rod 25mm dia GI medium grade pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of GO's to smooth operation & alignment of contacts, connect/tightening of HT cable including greasing of moving mechanism, replacement of Male contact/moving contact blade, female contact/fix contact jaw, tinned copper flexible jumper, MS jumper carrier, back connector plate where required, nut-bolts washers etc. of required size and length and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully old ACSR conductor from over head HT poles complete all as directed and specified.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth in a hard soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for spreading, levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and ramming of sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables complete all as directed and specified. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exceeding .25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing electric under ground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 Core in trenches, ducts, pipe on walls, poles all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface dressing n exceeding 15 cm deep and getting out in any type soil, levelling and removing grass, trimming of tree etc from side all as directed

Material and labour for zebra painting with two coats of IST quality synthetic enamel paint on HT/LT concrete poles up to 1.5 metre height from pedestal in 30 cm height in black & white paints including two coat of cement base paint on pedestal of pole and painting the cross arms with one coat of synthetic/aluminium enamel paint including preparation of steel surfaces and including writing the pole Nos of 100mm height letters / figures with acrylic PVC strip "MES/HT or LT ___" (pole number) all as directed.

S&F in replacement of tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 10 Amps to 20 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 30 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 40 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of tinned copper drop out fuse suitable for HT 11 KV line of sizes 60 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Eartherd) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply and fixing Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Eartherd) grade cable joint, heat shrink type straight through joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as directed and specified.

Taking down old unserviceable and supply & fix pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green 'Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts.

Supply & fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised iron tubes 100 mm dia at two/four pole structure or laid in trenches for cable protection or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded surfaces of cross arms, clamps, steel/PCC poles, pipes including nut, bolt & washer etc of any shape and size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Note : Each two pole structure with all MS angles, cross arms, GI pipe of any dia, clamps etc will be counted as one job.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded surfaces of transformers of cap 63 to 150 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of smoke gray paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrapping out old rusted and corroded surfaces of transformers of cap 151 to 500 KVA size and preparing the exposed surfaces & applying two coat of smoke gray paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & erect of prestressed concrete pole, 11.0 metres long. 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class 9 all as directed.

Material & labour for cross arms, bracing, supports, back plate & clamps fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washer cutting, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape for bolts in any shape or size inclusive of painting with 2 coats of aluminum paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

M&L for Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp/11000 volts.

Taking down old unserviceable Old LT panel and Supply, install, testing and commissioning of electric panel board outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type double door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer including carry out internal connection with suitable copper bus bar (above and including 63 Amp MCCB)/ 16 sqmm (below 63 Amp MCCB) single core copper cable, including cable alley for incoming and outgoing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. The panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories (Make : Osian, Bafna)

M&L for Repair and replacement for the following works in the HT VCB of capacity 400 Amp at sub station No1 having accessories for tripping motor charge mechanism function and over load tripping function and automatic VCB charging push Button ON/OFF facility complete for total function of VCB complete with following accessories. (a) Motor charged mechanism assembly complete with motor - 01 (b) Power pack 220 Volt AC / 110 Volt DC current - 01 (c) Battery 180 AH 12 Volt - 02 (d) Counter -02 (e) Fuse link 6 Amp - 03 (f) Tripping coil 110 Volt - 01 (g) Closing coil 110 Volt - 01 (h) 11 KV/ 1 VAT (3 ph) - 01 (j) RYB indicator (Set of three)

Supply & replacement of medium grade galvanised iron tubes 25mm dia at two/four pole GO's system for up/down with making required shape, fixed with nut, bolt, washers all as specified and directed.

Taking out old cork sheet gasket of transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and supply & fix new super quality gasket of 4mm thickness including making smooth finish of new gasket checking of leakage after replacement of gasket. Note :- Gasket shall be replaced at no extra cost if leakage found after replacement of gasket.

Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable LV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new LV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the LV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out old unserviceable HV bushings complete from transformer of 63 KVA to 400 KVA and Supply and fix new HV bushings with brass metal part including brass nuts with washers of suitable size inside and outside of the bushings, insulator and reconnecting the HV lead and testing after completion complete upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cable route marker made out of GI non corrosion of size 150mm x 150mm x 5mm of plate and suitable height at least 2 feet from ground after grouting into the ground including writing the HT/LT Cable by engraving/ painting complete fixed in PCC including excavation and RF and removing complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for cold mix emulsion granules road patching material in making good of road 40mm thick complete all as specified and directed. (Make : Bedroak chem / Infra LLP or eq).

Boring under road/Taxi track without disturbing the top surface of the road of taxi track for throughing the GI pipe of 80 mm bore and cable HT complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI pipe will be measured & paid separately.
