Excavating over areas exceeding 1.5m deep upto 3 mt deep and getting out in any type of soil complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M/L Mild Steel TMT bars 8 mm dia (Fe-500) and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding, with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less then 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to Fe – 410 S or Fe-410-O complete all as directed & specified by the Engineer-in-charge

M&L form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soflits of foundation and plinth beams etc for fair finished surface.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete in foundations including rafts,footings, foundation , plinth bearms, bases of cloumn etc using M-25 design mix concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete and like, type D-2, 1 : 4 : 8 mix (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8, 40 mm graded stone aggregate).

M/L Mild Steel bolts, purpose made of any dia & size, hexagonal, square or round or plain head screwed at one end, J bolts, Anchor bolts of any description provided with washers for fastening MS tubular structures and like complete as specified/ directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabrication and installation of MS work in tubular gantries as per desired structure, firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with cement concrete. Installation work shall be as per relevant clauses of MORT & H. Specifications : Section 800 & IRC : 67 :2012 complete in all respect. The rates shall include cost of design fabrication, supply, transportation, local shifting, erection of signage structure using crane. All T&P machine, material & labour required for proper completion of work as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The MS tubular work shall be painted with epoxy and minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The agency shall be required to undertake barricading, provide caution sign boards etc for traffic control/ diversions while erection work to prevent any accident. The agency shall keep Cantonment Board Delhi indemnified against any loss due to any accident, injury or untoward incident while erection works (Cost of RCC & Steel works etc shall be paid under relevant items separately.

Providing, installing and fixing at site retro reflective single sided overhead gantry/ cantilever sign boards, with Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) mill finished as base board for Micro Prismatic retro reflective sheet. The ACP shall have a thickness of 4.0 mm with 0.5 mm thick skin of aluminium on both sides. The ACP shall be routed, folded and fixed on MS frame with VHB tape, 24 mm wide and 2.3 mm thick provided throughout the length and width of frame including riveting of right angle of face of the frame with pop riveting or with self taping SS screws 5 mm dia spaced not more than 300 mm centre to centre ensuring that no riveting is seen on either face of the frame. On the front face of ACP, Micro Prismatic retro reflective sheet confirming to type – XI of ‘ASTM; D 4956 – 09 shall be pressure fixed at background sheet which will be digitally printed matter, border and symbols etc with 15 years warranty and having clear film for UV protection (the reflective value should be as per IRC 67 when tested) of approved make (3M or equivalent) and colour to create a desired road side information/ message fixed rigidly on the road gantry frame work with brackets, clamps etc all inclusive. The edges of the board shall be covered all around with powder coated dia cast extruded aluminium channel of appropriate size and of required colour and shade. The channel shall be fixed using 2 rows of double sided VHB tape. The channel shall further be secured by pop rivets having SS screws of 5 mm dia at junctions and corners. The rates shall include for all materials labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidental charges complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Only front area of the board shall be measured for payment.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus/ excavated materials & disposal outside Cantonment limits under contractor own arrangements as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
