Supply, Erection and commissioning of caustic soda tanks in regeneration system of DM plant including supply of pipelines, valves and suitable fittings and required materials for regeneration system in complete shape at DM plant

Caustic soda (LYE) dilution MSRL tank with all accessaries for SBA(1400mm×1400mm HOS) with suitable motor agitator including 2 mm layer outer FRP coating suitable to our existing system. The supply tank dimensions ,pipe line connection flanges,vent pipe & drain pipe flanges, level guage assembling flanges and other fittings should be similar to our existing tank available at DM plant.

Caustic soda (LYE) dilution MSRL tank with all accessaries for MB (500 mm dia×1000mm HOS) with suitable motor agitator including 2 mm layer outer FRP coating suitable to our existing system. The supply tank dimensions ,pipe line connection flanges,vent pipe & drain pipe flanges, level guage assembling flanges and other fittings will be similar to our existing tank available at DM plant.

Labour charges for removal of existing damaged caustic soda tank -1 No and 1 No MB patch up works of caustic soda tank support cement bed, Erection of caustic soda tanks including materials for civil work, T &Ps, consumables for erecting the tanks properly in Regeneration system of DM plant etc works.

Removal of existing damaged pipe lines ,removal of damaged support MS channel and angles, fabrication and erection of GI angles for supporting the pipelines including civil coping of 1 Sq.ft, Erection of new reliance higher grade (PN 10) pipe lines, flow meters, valves, suitable fittings with required materials for commissioning the regeneration system in complete shape at DM plant etc works.
