Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapling and trees of any girth, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned including removal and disposal of top organic soil exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimeter fifty) in thickness as per MORD technical specification section 200 and inclusive of all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Setting out road alignment by construction reference pillars at 20 meter (Twenty metre) interval and at 10 M (Ten meter) interval on sharp curves and 5 (five) metre spacing on hairpin bends, back pillars, in front of each referecne pillar and Job pillar shall be constructed at the two ends of the job including the Job No. and location, as per the MORD technical specification section 1600 and 100 and 108 and as per the approved drawings and design including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same with in all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of stones to the tune of 16044.30 Cum quantity (sixteen thousand forty four decimal thirty) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth and any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arises out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per (ten percent) cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogramme) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete as per drawing MORD technical specification section 800, 900, 1200 and 1600 for nominal mix 1: 4: 8 (one cement isto four sand isto eight graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeters) nominal size and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including the cost of form work in retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying 100mm (One Hundred millimeter) dia PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain reinforced concrete, Abutments, Wing walls, Return walls and retaining/breast walls extended through the full width of the structure with slope I(V):20(H)(One vertical : Twenty Horizontal) towards draining face complete as per MORD technical specifications section-700-1200 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-fifteen) in Sub Structure design mix with cement contents not less than 275kg (two hundred seventy five kilogramme per cubic metre) on ground or under water including curing complete pumping or bailing out water de-watering removal of slush as required at site, which may arises at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/depths including cost of form work in abutment, toe wall etcetra as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of unlined surface drain in all kinds and classification of soil average cross sectional area 0.40 (Zero decimal four zero) square meters in soil to specified lines, grades, levels and dimension. Excavated material to be used in embankment with any lift and lead as per MORD technical specification section 300 including carriage of material within all leads, lift and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specification and drawing . Three MS plates of 1.6 mm ( one point six millimeter) thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five millimeters into five millimeters) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimeter into twenty five milimetres into five millimeter). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos.
