Dismantling and removing the existing door and window frame (chowkath) both wooden and steel of different sizes without damaging the walls and removing the frame and necessary repairs to the edges of the walls as directed for all levels. (i) Area of door/window up to 3.00 m2

Dismantling all types of ceiling, partition and wall lining and stacking the materials as directed by the department for all levels

40 mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 25 mm under layer of cement concrete in prop. 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of 12.5 mm and down) and 15 mm thick wearing layer in cement concrete in prop. 1:1:2 (1cement :1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 kg. per square metre of floor area , wearing layer is to be laid in panels including curing etc. complete as directed.

Providing wood work in frame (chowkaths) of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other similar works wrought, framed and fixed in position in contact with C.C or brick masonry wall including supplying, fitting and fixing with M.S. hold fast (40mmx3mmx250mm) as per design embeded in cement concrete block in proportion 1:2:4 and with two coats of kiricide oiling to the timber faces in contact with C.C and masonry as directed and specified.

Providing and fixing flush door shutters solid core construction with frame of 1st class hard wood with cross band and face veneered ply wood face panels conforming to relevent I.S code including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x 75mm x 3.5mm) 6 nos with necessary wood screws.

Providing fitting and fixing 1/3 panelled 2/3 glazed wooden shutters for doors/windows including oxidised iron butt hinges (100mm x75 mm x3.55 mm) with necessay screws including glass panes (other fittings to be measured and paid separately)

Providing undressed wood work in roof truss, rafter, purlin, tie and the like including hoisting and fixing in position with necessary spikes, nails including M.S straps with bolt and nuts etc.complete with kiricide oiling two coats to all timber members and two coats of anticorrosive paint to M.S straps (M.S flats, angle cleats, and bolt and nuts required for flat and angle cleats wherever used shall be measured and paid separately)

VITRIFIED TILES (ON FLOOR ) Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department)

Providing Antiskid Tiles of approved quality size, shape not less than 8mm on floor, skirting over a cement mortar bed 15mm thick of 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) approved make fix with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/ white cement complete at all level as specified and directed.

Providing polished ceramic wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey / Sika / Pedelite / Rouf) /white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Cement plastering to be measured and paid separately). (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). (Walls means both interior and exterior walls).

CEILING WORKS Providing and fixing, in position suspended false ceiling using E-Grid (exposed ceiling suspension 2430 system) of grid size 600mm x 600mm/1200mmx600mm with main runner 38 x 24mm, cross tee 29mm x 24mm & wall angle 24mm x 24mm . Using 4mm/6mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Board as per IS 14862, to be placed in a grid of G.I. system duly suspended with 4mm/6mm dia G.I/M.S bar hanger fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purlin from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures, air conditioning diffuser and ducts, sprinklers, smoke detectors etc. The main runners to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1220mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1220mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c, so as to form 600mm x 600mm/1200mmx600mm grid, all complete as per the drawing & directions of engineer-in-charge.

Providing plinth protection with bricks flat laidin cement mortar 1: 4 and finished with 15mmthick cement plaster in prop. 1:2 with a floating coat of neat cement finish.

Providing drain with brick work in cementmortar in proportion 1:5 with half brick thickside walls and 100mm thick C.C (1:3:6) baseover one brick flat soling including 15mm thick cement plastering in prop. 1:3 finished with afloating coat of cement slurry as directed with necessary shttering for sides and earth work in excavation of foundation trenches and refillingthe sides after completion of work etc. asspecified. 300mm wide and average 150mm deep with bed slope 1 in 150 with initial depth of 100mm.

Providing corrugated galvenised Iron sheet roofing of TATA SHAKTEE / SAIL including fitting and fixing necessary galvenised J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia with bitumen washer 25 mm dia x 3 mm thick and 1.6 mm thick limpet washer complete excluding cost of roof truss, purlin etc. (Roof trusses and purlin etc.to be measured and paid separately). (a) 0.45 mm thick

BARGE BOARD Providing barge board of size 200mm x 20mm with 1st class local Hollock/ Bonsum timber including fitting and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.

Providing two coats of J.K Wall Putty ( White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm)

a) Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

d) Applying one coat of alkali resistance primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface after throughly brushing the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

f) Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture(two coats)and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including priming coat of white primer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with water proofing weather coat smooth anti-fungal exterior painting of Ace brand of Asian Paints and of required shade on old/new wall surface after cleaning and clearing the surface etc. including scaffolding complete as directed at all levels (two coats)

Applying priming coat over new wood based surfaces up to 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping.

Painting one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture(Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Painting one coats on old G.C.I sheets with ready mixed anticorrosive paint of approved brand and shade suitable for painting over G.C.I sheets to give an even shade including the cleaning the rust patches with emery paper, dust ,dirt, grease and other foreign matter with water complete.
