Complete overhauling of plate valves of following sizes including of worn out parts/gaskets:
Servicing of wet isolation valve/material handling valve (MHV) including replacement of slide plate and disc
Servicing / replacement of butter fly valves of following sizes:
Servicing / replacement of gate valves installed in service water line of following sizes:
Replacement / refiting of sluice ways liners of 12" size
Overhauling of medium/small size flushing pans by repairing / replacement of liners and nozzles/nozzle pipe/base plate, man hole cover to discharge end pipe by cutting and welding.
Overhauling of large size flushing pans by repairing / replacement of liners and nozzles/nozzle pipe/base plate, man hole cover to discharge end pipe by cutting and welding
Complete overhauling of fluidizing valve of ESP hopper by dismantling the pipe, sevicing of air line valves, repairing/replacement of worn out parts.
Servicing of fluidizing pads installed in side the ESP hoppers by dismantling, cleaning of membrane/ strainer etc and refitting.
Desilting and cleaning of 50 mm NB LP water inlet pipe line of large, medium & small size flushing pan by dismantling and refitting
Desilting and cleaning of LP water inlet pipe line header of size : 65/80/100/150 mm NB by dismantling and refitting
Dismantling of transition pipe of size 200 mm NB of medium/small size flushing pans for washing of electrodes of ESP during overhauling/long shut down of unit & refitting
Removal of choking of chimney hoppers by inserting pressurising water jet through the by pass opening, poking and evacuation of ash heap including of cleaning of sprinkled ash / slurry in the ground floor of chimney hopper area
Painting of large/medium/small size flushing apparatus, transition pipes, expansion bellows, FG & AH apparatus and connected pipe lines etc of ESP area
