Supply and Laying of HT Aluminum Power Cables for Replacement of Defective Cables of HT Pump Sets No. 03 & 04 at Sayyed Nangloi Sewage Pumping Station. The details of execution of the work are as under:Arrangement and provision of all necessary safety equipment and protective measures for the safety of staff working in deep areas, including ventilation and gas-freeing arrangements to eliminate toxic gases and prevent accidents during execution of the work at site, in accordance with applicable NHRC guidelines and safety requirements.

Dismantling the burnt/flashed HT cable and opening the damaged cable termination by removing/cutting the top cover, arc chutes, and cable terminals using all required tools, tackles, and skilled manpower. The work includes safe isolation of the panel, removal of damaged components, cleaning of the affected area.

Cleaning of the HT panel busbars by removing dust, carbon deposits, oxidation, and flash marks, followed by re-insulation of the busbars using approved high-voltage insulating tape/sleeves. The work includes re-fixing and proper alignment of the busbars using new high-tensile screws, nuts, bolts, spring washers, plain washers.

Supply of 3 x 95 sq. mm armoured aluminium conductor PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE cable 11 KV (E) confirming to IS 7098 (Part-2)/2011 with latest amendment. Make: Grandlay/Gloster/ Universal/ DJB Approve Make.

Laying and dressing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of HT grade of size 3 x 95 sq. mm. in the existing RCC cable trench as per required at Panel to Motors.

Testing of complete HT power cable installation at site using a Megger, Injection Kit, Hi-Pot Machine and other required testing instruments. Carrying out insulation resistance and continuity tests, applying manual test voltage as required, and conducting dielectric withstand (Hi-Pot) testing using a Hi-Pot Machine.

Testing of complete 3.3 kV HT Panel under complete discharge condition using a megger, injection kit, and other required testing instruments at site. Carrying out insulation resistance and continuity tests, injecting manual test current into the motor feeder panel to identify phase imbalance, short-circuit, and open-circuit faults, checking the condition of the Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB).

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 X 95 sq.mm., XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required. Make:3M

Testing and commissioning of the complete system at site under actual load conditions, including necessary tests and trial runs, as per the Engineer-in-Charge's directions.
