Boaring, Providing and installing bored cast in situ RCC Piles of grade M-25 of specified Diameter (300 mm) and length below the pile cap to carry a safe working load not less than specified (Making Bulb in Middle & Bottom of the pile) excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with Bentonite solution and temporary casing of appropriate length for setting out and removel of same and the length of the pile to be embedded in the pile cap by percussion drilling using direct mud circulation (DMC) OR Bailer and chisel technique by tripod and mechanical winch machine all complete, including removel of excavated earth with all lifts and leads. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto bottom of the pile cap)

P/Laying Cement concrete M-15, A-20, Coarse sand (FM 2.25) (1:2:4) with mechnical mixing including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying Cement concrete M-20, A-20, Coarse sand (FM 2.25) (1:1.5:3) with mechnical mixing including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Fixing Centering & Shuttering including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

S/Laying Reinforcement Steel with cost of binding wire, Cutting, bending & placing including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying First class brick work with 1:4 Cement mortor including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying 12.5mm thick Cement plaster with 1:4 Cement mortor (Coarse sand FM 2.25) including all cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/Laying 40 mm thick Dholpur stone work for wall lining/flooring with 1:3 cement mortar including camping jointing in white cement mortar (1:2) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade i/c cost of Material, labour & T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

P/Laying 18 MM thick Granite (Gang saw cut) stone slab with mirror Polished, premoulded & prepolished. machine cut for kitchen platforms, venity counters, window sill, facias and simillar location of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 MM Thick 1:4 Cement mortar bed and joint with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give hige glass finish i/c all cost of Material, labour & T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

P/Fixing Stainless steel (Grade - 304) Railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc. including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of site in-charge i/c cost of materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
