Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for laying concrete under foundations and under flooring bed, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., omplete for finished item of work. Flooring with High Polished Granite 16 to 18 mm thick up to 8'-00 (2.43 M) of premium colours (other than black) set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of granite to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water, granite, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed), cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying granite to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge, etc., complete for finished item of work .

Solid Fly-ash Block masonry 225 mm thick for panel walls in super structure, parapet walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement:sand) using solid fly-ash blocks of size 290 x 225 x 140 mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage on all materials but including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges (with MS Jack Prop Cup lock Pipe Scaffolds, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 504. for:-Fly Ash Block Masonry in CM 1:6 (290x225x140)

Flooring with Nano polished /stain free soluble salt porcelain vitrified tiles screen printed of size 600 x600 mm and thickness between 8-10 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 - 2017, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15)of any colour and finish in all shades and designs set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to match the shade of tiles to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand), water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed), cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing roller blinds aluminium alloy and control units shall be DELIN imported and runners shall be transparent acrulic with antification LOUVERS FABRIC shall be protectve coated stain resistant soil repellance as directed by the department.

Supply and fixing of Cement Bonded Prelaminated Particle Board aluminium glazed partitions using 10MM Cement Bonded Prelaminated Particle Board and 5.00 mm thick plain glass to full height. Using with Cement Bonded Prelaminated Particle Board to a height of 0.91 meter at bottom panel and remaining height with glass and aluminium sections anodized to 12 to 15 microns and of sections of size 37mm x 62mm and 1.5mm thickness with one meter centre to centre duly fixed with clip beading on both sides including fixing the frame to pillars by M.S. flats, bolts and nuts including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete as directed during execution. Painting to walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint weather proof water-based, modified acrylic with silicon additives exterior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for Internal walls for:-External Colouring - acrylic emulsion paint - 2 Coats
