Repair & Maintanance of Rooftop Solar Photo-Voltaic (SPV) Plant of capacity 100 kWp at Kashmir House :-

Supply and fixing of Pre-galvanised C channel of size (50x 40x10x2mm) for roof top solar panel complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2: 4 type B1 for foundation size 300 mm x 300mm x 300 mm complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI 'J' Bolts sixe M12 x 200 mm suitable for solar panel complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MC4 connector (EMPV4) for connection of module in series and Parellel suitable for solar panel complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of DC Cable size 1 core 4 Sqmm Black colour complete all as speicified and directed.

Material and labour in replacement of all accessories like cable tie, sealant foam & electrical tape as per site requirement, ABC type fire extinguisher 2 Kg complete all as speicifed and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HDPE conduit pipe size 40 mm x 32 mm for DC cabling and AC Cabling system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-galvanised cable tray of size 50 mm x 25mm x 2 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel Nut Bolts with washers size M 6 of SS 304 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Pre-Galvanised Purlin (Strut channel) size 40mm x 40mm x 2mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Poly Silicon Crystalline Terristial PV module IEC-61215/IS-14286/Equivalent IS of Solar Photo Voltaic module 300 Wp complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (a) PV modules shall be used in the Solar power plants /sytems will be designed for their output peak watt capacity which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 Years. (b) PV modules shall have product warranty of 10 years after completion of work. (c) Contractor shall submit the warranty certificate from the manufacturer and will submit the same to the concerned GE Office. (d) PV modules must qualify (enclose test reports/ certificate from IEC/NABL accredited laboratory) as per relevant IEC standard.

M&L for repair and servicing of 3 phase On-Grid Solar Inverter of capacity 20 KW (Make Delta) including replacement of unserviceable /defective spares like fuses, cards, indicators, communication modules and connectors etc to make inverter fully functional complete all as specified and directed. Note:- All defective spares traced out after servicing shall be replaced by the bidder under present scope of work and if there is any physical damage occured during service work, inverter must be replaced by the bidder change by the bidder of same specification and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for testing and commissioning of existing 100 KW SPV Plant in all respect after complete repair/maintenance of above referred item Nos 1.01 to 1.12 complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Approximate quantiies of solar modules and spares required in place of defective unserviceable solar module mentioned above. However, if there is any physical damage to solar module till completion of work or there is requirment of additional items not cobered in BOQ, the same must be replaced/provided by the bidder of same specification and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Real Time data acquisition software application, hosting on MEITY approved data center, with five years comprehensive subscription, maintenance, and support for monitoring of upto 5 inverters as per specifications: (i) The application must have runtime and development capabilities for any monitoring and change requirements (ii) The data center and system must admit the data from registered device(s) only (iii) Must have user customizable dashboards and SLD (without any coding/ scripting). The user -interface should have minimum of following tabs (all dashboards, reports must be self - configurable without any scripting or OEM intervention) (iv) Mimic functionality with static/ dynamic symbols that can get customized according to the site(s) and must include all asset symbols of STP site (v) Must support minimum of 5 simultaneous user logins. (vi) Reporting must be user - configurable and changeable (vii) Multi -site data viewing within same interface without any physical cable connection of sites (viii) The application must be accessible over internet and must have adequate security with dual factor authentication with username/ password along with OTP on email (if reqd) (ix) All device communication with Cloud based SCADA must be secured using TLS/SSL encryption. SCADA must not support non-secure connections (x) System must work without any need of static IP. No static IP will be provided for any location. The application must be hosted in MEITY (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Govt of India) empanelled data Centers (under Meghraj Initiative) including Comprehensive development and five years maintenance of real time data acquisition software application, cloud server space, etc.

Notes for Srl No. 1.14 & 1.15:- (a) Controller and Web based cloud hosting work shall be carried out through OEM / Autorized agency only. (b) OEM certificate required with five years subscription and comprehensive warranty duly mentioning that OEM shall be banned if services disturbed for more than a week at any point of time. (c) Any damage done to water proofing/roof structure/ Galvalume Sheet during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost.

Notes for Srl No. 1.00 to 1.15 :- (a) Solar repair work must be carried out through experienced / authorized agency only. (b) Balance of system (BOS) items/components: The BOS items/components of the SPV power plants/systems deployed under this project must conform to the latest edition of IEC or equivalent BIS Standards /MNRE specifications. (c) Mounting structure:- (i) Mild steel structure, Hot Dip Galvanised of 80 micron thick, corrosion resistant and electrolytically compatible with material used in modular frame mounting Structure Shall be used. Galvanization shall conform to IS-2629, 4759 & 4736 as applicable. (ii) On Galvalume Sheet Roof, The fasteners shall be of stainless steel to fix the module mounting strucuture to the continous Rails. The continous Rails shall be mounted to Purlins only using L cleats in order to avoid any load on Galvalume Sheet. L cleats shall be mounted using SDS Screws of Minimum 68 mm height. EPDM tape shall be used to provide water leakage protection. Module mounting structure shall require to be customize with respect to the site availability.Test certificate of galvanization shall be submitted by contractor. (d) All fasteners shall be of Stainless steel-SS 304 Nut & bolts, supporting structures including module Mounting Structures shall have to be adequately protected against all climatic condition. (e) Any damage done to water proofing/roof structure/ Galvalume Sheet during installation shall be made good by the contractor at no extra cost.

EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL ITEMS

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables , removing bricks and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

S&F sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 3 here in before.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note:- Excavation, cable protection, sand filling, cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks as required. Notes: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, fixing and testing straight through joint heat shrinkable type with jointing kit suitable for cable PVC/XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade complete all as directed for the following sizes :-

Taking down unservicable RCC/ steel tubular poles of any type and supply & installing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and as directed by Engineer -in- charge. NOTE:- The unit rate in this item is deemed to be included the cost of exacavation and earth work in any type of soil,PCC foundation 1:4:8 type D-2 , PCC coping 1:2:4 type B-1 as in steel tubular pole and GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 40 mm bore, 1.5 mtr long for fixing of street light fitings . The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement KIOSK box wheather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333mm x 233mm x120mm out side and 300mm x 200mm x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminium bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut,bolts & washer.

Earthing complete in replacement with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm × 60cm × 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

POWER TRANSFORMER REPAIR WORK

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically outdoor 33/11 KV Power Transformer of capacity 12.5/16 MVA carefully for major/minor repair work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for draining out transformer oil of Power Transformer of capacity 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA to make it ready for opening / repair work at site, storage of transformer oil in drums and re-filling the same in Power Transformer after repair work, Centrifuging, dehydration , filtration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 12.5/16 MVA, 33/11 KV power transformer installed at Khyber Grid including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration complete all as specified and directed by GE. Notes:- (i) All necessary T&P required for draining of oil, drums for oil storage (approx 8750 ltrs oil) and re-filling of oil in power transformer shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included for making all arrangements as specified and directed. (ii) Draining out / Storage / Re-filling of oil must be carried out carefully. Any Leakage/Wastage during the process shall be borne by the contractor and same qty of new transformer oil shall be provided by the contractor free of cost.

Material and labour for lifting/removing of top cover and core coil assembly of Power Transformer of capacity 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA using suitable capacity crane by opening of top cover, HV-LV terminal connection/bus bar, protection cables, connecting pipes, buchholz relay and other connected items for checking of faults and to carry out repair work at site and lowering/re-fixing the same in its original position after repair work and testing on completion of repair work complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) All necessary T&P required for lifting/opening of power transformer top cover and core assembly including suitable capacity Crane, shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included for making all arrangements as specified and directed. (ii) Insulation and Short Circuit Test shall be carried out after completion of repair work and report for the same shall be submitted by the contractor.

Material and labour for replacement of complete set of compressible rubber Gaskets for HV-LV bushings, all connecting pipe line, OLTC ‘O’ ring and top cover of Power Transformer of capacity 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA to stop transformer oil leakage, conforming to IS:11149 complete including testing all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) All necessary T&P required for replacement of complete set of Gaskets of power transformer shall be arranged by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included for making all arrangements as specified and directed. (ii) If any leakage observed after gasket replacement work, the same shall be rectified by the contractor without any financial effect.

Material & labour for repair /overhauling of OLTC (On load tap changer), Diverter switch including transition registor, fixed and moving contacts, ‘O’ ring etc of 33KV/11KV, 12.5/16 MVA and 16/20 MVA Power Transformers at site by carrying out following work:- (a) Opening of top plate of OLTC. (b) Draining out of transformers oil from the OLTC. (c) Stopping of leakage of oil from main shaft of OLTC including replacement of oil seal and all gasket of OLTC. (d) Checking /servicing of moving and fixed contact of OLTC and resistance test of contact. (e) Flushing of OLTC assembly with hot new oil and removing of sludge. (f) Filling of new transformer oil in OLTC. (g) Tightening of all tapping leads and connections. (h) Re-fixing of top plate of OLTC in original position after overhauling. (i) Electrical testing of manual/auto operation of OLTC. Note :- Transformer oil as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

Material and labour for replacement of Transition Registor assy set of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Moving Contact /Fixed Contact /Resistance Contact set of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of ‘O’ Ring of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 12.5/16 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of complete set of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) compressible rubber Gaskets of 33/11 KV, 16/20 MVA Power Transformer (Make BBL) to stop transformer oil leakage complete including testing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Transition Registor assy set with plate of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 16/20 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Moving Contact /Fixed Contact /Resistance Contact set of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 16/20 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of ‘O’ Ring of On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of 33/11 KV, 16/20 MVA Power Transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for repair/replacement & servicing of marshalling box panel of 33KV/11KV Power transformer of capacity 12.5/16 MVA including following :- (a) Testing & repair to control wiring. (b) Testing of OTI, WTI gauge/ meter matching with OTI, WTI indicator in RTCC panel. (c) Testing of fuse/ MCB (d) Replacement of gaskets & locks including preparation of old painted surfaces of steel by brushing/cleaning stain, greasy spots with thinner, applying two coats of spray painting (synthetic enamel paint) on all sides of etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in power transformer or for topping up as required and directed.

Notes for Srl Item No. 18 to 31 :- (i) All Repair / Overhauling work in respect of Power Transformers shall be carried out at site. (ii) All Repair / Overhauling work in respect of Power Transformers must be completed within 10 days from the date of start of transformer repair work at site. (iii) Delay in satisfactory completion of power transformer repair work shall attract a penalty of Rs 10000.00 (Rs Ten thousand only) per day and shall be recovered from next RAR due to the contractor. (iv) Any other sundry hardware required to complete the repair/overhauling work, shall be provided by the contractor without any financial effect.

MISC INTERNAL ELECTRICAL WORKS

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated 1100 volts grade, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cables (FRLS quality) unsheathed cable drawn through and including PVC casing capping of adequate size but not less than 20mm in width, 1.2mm thick with all fittings and accessories including sunk mild steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover or PVC termination board/boxes for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc. including PVC insulated and unsheathed, multi-stranded single core copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sqmm green in colour as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete as specified and directed.

All as per item No 35 above but one fan point controlled by one way switch, 5 Amp.

(Notes : (i) PVC casing capping and its accessories measured and paid separately (ii) Two runs of cables and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one run length )

S&F Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core, 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, 1100 volts grade multi-stranded, copper conductor cables (FRLS quality) drawn through PVC casing capping with fitting/accessories, fixed on roof, walls, ceiling etc including 4 Sqmm PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded,, copper conductor as earth continuity wire complete as specified and directed.
