Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (Exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) the earth obtained from cutting shall be used for filling purposes wherever required on road surface including watering , rolling with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne for banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth. including disposal, all leads & lifts (complete job).

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10sqm on plan) incl. dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, incl. disposal or filling of excavated earth wherever required as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling earth including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections. Finished work including material and labour incl. all leads and lifts, carriage of material by M.T/HL.

Providing & laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring & shuttering incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/ H.L.- All work upto plinth level.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L

Providing and laying cement concrete 1: 3: 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand :6 graded Crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, butteresses, string or laces, courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks,plain window sills, fillets etc.upto floor V- level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T./HL.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) , including attached pilasters, suspended floors, roofs, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets,columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo Mechanically Treated bars incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T. / H.L.

Hand packing stones in wire crates including the cost of stones and wire crates, all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Wall (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies & access platform.

Providing and laying damp proof course 50 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Dumping of stones including cost of stones in horizontal or slopes level incl. all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing , laying, watering and compacting (with 80-100 KN Roller) WATER BOUND MACADAM Grade-II, with broken nallah stone aggregate of 63 mm to 45 mm size, screenings of 13.2 mm size and binding material as stone dust to specified lines, grades and cross sections density, finished work to be measured including all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T./ H.L. (conforming to clause 404 of MORT&H specifications).

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate Wet Mix Macadam specifications incl. premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical Mix plant, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base on well prepared surfaces & compacting with vibrator roller to achieve the desired density, finished work to be measured incl. all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T/ H.L. (conforming to clause 406 of MORT & H specifications).

Providing and laying of 25 mm thick open graded premix carpet using 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chipping of 13.2mm size & 11.2 mm size respectively for 100 sqm, 52 kg & 56 kg of hot bitumen grade 80/100 per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2mm size respectively compacted with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity incl.preparation of road surface as per specification and then laying of a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen @ 0.75Kg /Sqm on WBM surface & 0.50 Kg per Sqm on existing BT surface incl. transporting mixed material and laying to the required level and grade & finally the surface finished with a seal coat of premixed fine agg. using bitumen @ 128Kg /cum of the fine agg. & 0.60 cum of fine agg. per 100 sqm of road surface incl. rolling , finishing & carriage, scarifying and cleaning complete job (conforming to clause 511 & 513 of MORT & H specifications) incl. cost of bitumen.

Providing and fixing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) kilometer /RD stone as per standard design including finishing smooth in 1:3 cement mortar, incl the cost of earth work,cement concrete 1:3:6 in foundation, painting, lettering all leads, lifts and carriage of material by M.T/ H.L.

Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC : 67 made of encapsulate lense type reflective sheeting vide clauses 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeing 1.5 mm thick supporting on a mild stone angle iron past 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly desined foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x600 mm,600 mm below ground level as per drwaings and technical specifications clause 801.

Supplying and laying including digging, carrying by lorry, filling River Bed Material including watering & consolidation in layers to specified lines, camber, grades and cross sections. Finished work including material and labour incl. all leads and lifts, carriage of material by M.T/HL (in berm filling).
