Construction of Temporary L.T., H.T. Line, 1X100 KVA Sub-Station and Installation of Street Light for Service Road Phaphamau to Mela area and Pantoon Bridge No. 6 and 7, including Parking Area, during Magh Mela 2022

Construction of Temporary LT Line for Electrification work, which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Construction of L.T. line single phase 4 wire by ACSR weasel/Dog conductor after erection of 8.5/9 Mtr. long S.T.P. alongwith guarding with the help of 6/8 SWG G.I. wire (minimum 8 nos latching per span on main roads and 4 nos latching per span in other area) & earthing of poles.

Maintenance of L.T. Line single phase, 4 wire by providing maintenance gang round the clock for complete Mela period.

Dismantling of L.T. line single phase, 4 wire after completion of Mela period.

Installation of 105-110 Watt LED Street Light Fittings, Mounting & fixing of street light bracket with clamps and LED street light fitting, on erected S.T.P. in proper position and making electrical connection. which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj. (LED Light, Street light bracket with Clamp to provided by the department, rest all required materials to be provided by the contractor).

Construction of 11 KV line & 100 KVA Sub-Station for giving supply to Jal Nigam Tube well during Magh Mela 2021-22. which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Construction of Temporary 11 KV overhead Line on STP 11 Mtr. long after erection of pole by ACSR Dog conductor with proper guarding(min 8 nos latching per span) and its earthing.

Maintenance of 11 KV overhead Line by providing maintenance gang complete Mela period.

Dismantling of 11 KV overhead Line after completion of Mela period and carriage back complete line material to Mela store.

Construction of section double pole for 11kv line on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/angles/G.O, painting and earthing etc.

Construction of double pole for 1x100 kva t/f on S.T.P. 11Mtr. long including cutting fabrication and fitting of channels/with bracing angles /G.O, D.O, painting and earthing etc.(All essential materials for painting to be provided by the contractor).

Installation of 100 KVA Transformer on DP, earthing of transformer body and neutral. alongwith dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Laying/hanging of L.T cable 3½x70/150 Sqmm or equivalent size cable from transformer to main switch of tubewell in mela area.

Providing 25 KVA DG Set (on rental basis) for Pantoon bridge No. 6 & 7 in phaphamau area alongwith Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Operating for a period of 04 months or dismantling of Pantoon bridge (whichever is earlier). Diesel Oil will be provided by the Contractor.

Cutting of Tree branches which are coming close to L.T./H.T. Lines of feeding sub stations during Magh Mela 2021-22.

Installation of LED fittings for electrification of Pantoon Bridges (both sides) by Fixing of 60-64 watt LED fitting after every 5 mtr distance on bracket bend on the top side made from G.I. pipe 1.5" dia 10' long duly tightened by clamp which is covered by PVC pipe and making connection of LED street light fitting with 4x16 sq mm PVC cable through L.T. mains. Including its maintenance during Magh Mela 2021-22. (LED Street Light for pantoon bridge & Bracket and all required materials will be provided by contractor on rental basis.)

Installation and maintenance of Temporary High Mast during Magh Mela 2021-22 which includes loading, unloading and carriage of all required materials from Store centre Naini to Mela Area and dismantling of all materials after completion of mela and Carriage back to Store Centre Naini, Prayagraj.

Erection of 11 Mtr. long S.T.P. and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Installation of 4 Nos. 245-260 watt LED fittings on erected 11 Mtr. STP with the help of Constructed round structure of 50x50x6 mm M.S. angle with Nut and bolts. (All material will be provided by contractor except LED fitting.) and dismantling after completion of Mela period.

Connection of high mast with nearest LT mains with help of 2x10 sqmm LT PVC Cable (L.T. PVC cable will be provided by contractor) and dismantling after completion of Mela period.
