| Technical Upgradation of existing one Plasser Make CSM 09-32 machine (Machine No: 984) working in South Western Railway to HOT-S-CSM machine i.e., Tamping and stabilizing machine comprising following activities and as per scope of work at Annexure-A of tender document. a) Overhauling of Complete CSM 09-32 Machine including new tamping banks as per para no 17 of Annexure-A of Tender Document and overhauled as per latest RDSO maintenance manual. b) Satellite Frame: Dismantling, inspection & reconditioning as per para 15 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. c) Replacement / up gradation of major systems including Control System with latest smart ALC, CWS, CMS and DRP system. Removal of old ALC panel & fixing of smart ALC screen as per para 2 & 16 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. d) Replacement of existing engines with advanced new emission controlled high power diesel engine along with fitment of compatible radiators and all accessories, exhaust manifolds (with aluminum cladding) etc. (make: CAT model C18 ACERT Diesel Engine of 429-522KW @ 2100rpm or equivalent) with new compatible cardan shaft should be supplied and integrated with the existing machine as per para 3 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. e) Introduction of additional hydraulic components and replacement of major hydraulic components (such as proportional valves, servo valves, direction control valves, un loader valves, safety valves, hydraulic pumps, motors etc.) including up gradation of hydraulic cooling system and complete hydraulic hose replacement as per modified requirements as per para 4, 5 & 14 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. f) Complete rewiring of the machine internal and external & converting panels as per upgraded requirement as per para 9 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. g) Replacement of pump gearbox including new pumps compatible with proposed up-gradation of machine as per para 13 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. h) Replacement of lighting system, horn, wiper, hooter, RDSO approved Flasher, tail light etc. to the Latest versions as per para no 7 & 8 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. i) Adaption of existing chassis structure to Accommodate the new engine and stabilizer unit including capacity enhancement of Diesel tank, hydraulic tank etc as per para no 11 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. j) Manufacturing of complete stabilizer trailer including Bogie, Stabilizer units, second Measuring system as per para no 2.20 to 2.28, para12 and 12.6 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. k) Bogies (including axle & wheel) along with axle gear boxes shall confirm to suit existing wheel diameter. l) Updating pneumatic system compatible with proposed up-gradation of machine as per para no 6&10 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. m) Up gradation of brakes in line with fitment of new generation plasser machines as per para no 6&10 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. n) Up gradation of Hooks, Buffers and Suspension system confirming to Para19.0 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. o) Marking and colour of machine as per Para 20 of Annexure-A of Tender Document. p) Complete overhauling of ZF gear box, satellite unit and lifting unit. | — | — | — | 16,15,52,561 |
