Schedule 'A' Section - I

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting, class-8 with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts and washers, ISI marked in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zink coating 275, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only galvanised, corrugated mild steel, sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolt as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed Note :-Sheets obtained from dismantling from item No 01.00 shall be reused.

Supply and fixing 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanized mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zink coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sq. cm and over in section, in any position of unframed/ framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing rolled mild steel work in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed stone masonry,well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 but except stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The serviceable stones obtained from Serial item No- 8.00 will be used after removing motar, cleaning with water, etc.)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any description (Ceramic/PCC/Terrazo) and any thickness, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour glazed ceramic coloured tiles premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x600 x7mm/ 450x 300x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles, joint free, premium/1st quality, 7 to 8 mm thick, (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and inculding 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Premium quality, vitrified ceramic tiles, dark shade, of size 600x600x10mm thick , as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base complete, all as specified.

Material and labour for 18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished and moulding) in kitchen platforms over and including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite, complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.50m span, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, steps of stair case, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc, for rough finished surface of concrete.

Material and Labour TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surface and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over a coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with hand roller, over wall care putty on wall of Average thickness 1.00 on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint of approved tint and make complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on boths face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive wire cloth, glass etc. (with or without sash bars) edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, wire cloth etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.20(b), complete all as specified.

Suppling and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides with decorative lamination on both face, ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, angle iron chowkats for door ,barred iron doors, ladders framed balusters, walk ways, railings, and similar work conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165 complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for preparing new or previously treated or untreated steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified

Supply and fixing galvanized steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanized wire staple and including fixing with beads supplied with joinery when fixed in panels of joinery, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation board/slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of GI Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights including GI Metal Ceiling laying perforated Tengular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fibre acoustical fleece. Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair of 25 mm dia curtain rods, mild steel wall thickness .80mm, powder coated with fixing metal ornamental holder and side finals(in pair for each door and window)as approved, fixing with PVC wall plugs bracket and brass screws complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed.(Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing in repair, 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Supply and fixing in repair, bib tap, long body, screwed down, high pressure, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, ISI marked, with capstan heads, screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash hand basin white, flat back of size 550mmx400mm with and including pedestal fixed on cast iron cantilever bracket, 32mm dia brass waste coupling long shank and 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe including fixing of waste fitting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of 18/19 mm thick veneered particle boards, grade 1 quality, interior grade, decorative type with decorative face veneer on both faces, fixed with screws to timber frame-work complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fixing continuous (piano) hinge, mild steel bright finish or electro galvanised, width of flap when open 30 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, (cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth) in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer over a coat of wall care putty 2mm thick on old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, on wall/ceiling and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139(pt-I) of 1969 and IS:14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch. Note :- Switch, socket and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately . PVC Conduit confirming to IS 9537 part I & III .
