Cutting straightening HYSD Bars/High tensile tor steels, confirming to FE -500 grade bending binding welding and jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for RCC work and for providing fan hooks hoisting lowering and laying including cost, conveyance of HYSD bars/High tensile tor steels and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending binding and tying the grills in all floors etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C(Measurement will be taken excluding cost of binding wire)and payment will be made on the weight of M.S or tor steel only).

Fly Ash Brick masonary in C.M.(1:6) using Fly Ash .Bricks of size 25cm.x12xm.x 8 m. having crushing strength not less than 75 kgs./cm2 after immrersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in Superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works with watering and curing etc .including cost, conveyance, royalities and & testing of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

12mm.thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing with cost ,conveyance, royalities of all materials and cost of labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting 2 coats with Plastic Emulsion paints of approved shade over a coat of priming by means of brush to inside surface of walls after cleaning the surface etc. complete in all floors including cost of all materials with all taxes and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer – in – Charge.

Painting 2 coats with water proofing weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shade by means of brush to outside surface of walls complete in all floors with cost, carriage and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.
