Connecting rod bends and twists checking bush fitment and reassembling.

Removing the turbo charger 2 nos. from engine, removing of air cooler 2 Nos. removing fuel pump, booster pump, speed governor shut down valve and all temperature and pressure gauge and sensor from engine (2Nos.= 1set)

Removing 4 Nos. of valve door from engine, 4 Nos. rocker housing and releasing all bsh rod and 12 Nos. injector by means of injector puller and cleaning of all above items.(4 Nos.=1set )

Removing 4 Nos. of cylinder head from engine by releasing of all head bolts, cleaning of cylinder head carrying out pressure test for 4 Nos. cylinder head (4Nos.=1set)

Removing 12 Nos. of piston and 12 Nos. liner from engine by using liner puller and removing carbon from engine block etc. (12Nos.=1set)

Charges for replacing 12 sets of new or SH liner, piston rings by using compressor or SH assembling of engine (12sets of new liner, piston rings supplied by MTPs at free of cost) charges for fixing 12 sets new or SH liners piston and piston rings by using ring compressor on the engine block. (12Nos. = 1Set)

Charges for fixing cylinder head 4 Nos. on the cylinder block and fixing all cylinder head bolts by using torque wrench with special tool &plants. (4Nos. = 1Set)

Charges for fixing of rocker housing 4Nos. with gasket and fixing all push rods and new injector and valve setting. (4Nos. = 1Set)

Charges for fixing valve door, after cooler, turbo charger oil pan, fuel pump, speed governor all diesel supply line return line temperature and pressure connections, temperature and pressure switches exhaust manifold, side inspection door, cam shaft bushes and cam shaft, oil filling, shut down coil fixing etc.

Charges for removing the loco top cover, silencer line, airline, waterline etc.

Charges for decoupling the engine from removing engine bed bolts and lifting the engine from loco and kept at loco shed.

Charges for lifting the engine after overhauling and coupling with the transmission unit and alignment checking etc.

Charges for fixing silencer line, airline, waterline, diesel line and loco outer cover and commissioning.
