Erection of 30' RCC pole in cement concrete foundation 0.45 x0.45 x 1.0 mts and coping 0.45 x 0.45 x 0.5 mts with ratio 1:3:6 uing 20 mm HBG metal including cost of concreting materials uch as cement, jelly sand etc., excavation of pit and refilling.

Supply of HT stay set complete with rod , bow 9" x 9" x6 mm thimble and guy shackle inulator.

Supply of H.T.tapping channel of size 100 x 50 x 50 x 10 mm for 11/22 KV overhead line.

Erection of H.T.tapping channel 100 x 50 x 50 x 10 mm for the 22 KV overhead line including drilling of holes for insulator and clamp.

Supply of 11KV Disc insulator for 22 KV overhead line with2 sets of 11 KV disc insulator.

Supply, Erection and Testing and Commissioning of 315 KVA ,22 KV /433V, 3phase 50 Hz, H.V.& L.V. bushing type, copper wound Energy Efficiency Level-2 Distribution Transformer as per IS 1180/2014-Part 1 Amendment No.4, ONAN, Off Load Tap switch having 7 positions with voltage correction insteps of 2.5% (+5% to -10%), with All relevant accessories shall be provided confirming to IS 1180/2014, including first filling of oil and as per Pondicherry Electricity Department specification.

Providing of foundation for outdoor type 315 KVA , 11/22 KV / 433 v, distribution tranformer.

Supplying and installation of following safety equipments as per statutory norms and IE / CEA regulations 1. fire bucket with tand -1 no. II. Fire extinguisers for electrical fire - 3 nos. 3. Rubbermat as per latet IS - 12m 4. First Aid chart, 5. First Aid Box, 6. Danger Board.

Making earth pit of G.I. pipe for earthing in earth pit with 40mm dia. G.I. pipe medium class of length 3.05m perforated with 46 Nos of 12mm dia. holes, pipe lowered in bore holes of 150mm dia. and filled in with charcoal and salt in alternative layer of 300mm, the top of G.I. pipe shall be clamped. Earth pit shall be provided with 60cm dia precast ring with 60cm depth alround,covered with R.C.C. precast slab etc. as per I.E. standards.

Supplying and fixing of G.I. flat (25 x 6mm) for earthing arrangements including bolts and nuts etc.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or inrecess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.

Supplying of 3 1/2 x 400sqmm armoured aluminium U.G cable -1.1KV grade at site.Make:- Polycab/Finolex/Havells.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation , sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc.as required - above 185 sq.mm and upto 400 sq.mm.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required - 31/2 X400 sq.mm (82 mm)

Supply of 630A, 400V, 6 way Sub-Station pillar box with 14 SWG CRCA sheet and HRC fuses on required bus bars and neutral bus bar made-up of electrical grade aluminium and separate galvanized copper earthing flats and other features as PED specifications .

Erection of Distribution / SS pillar on MS channel including provision of pillar plinth.

Supplyying and fixing CT metering panel as per Electricity Department specification . Panel board board of size 1800 mm x 900 mm x 300 mm made of 18 gauge CRMS sheet painted with two coats of enamel paint over zinc chromate primer with necessar MS base channel. The panel board shall include power mat, copper bus bar, 8 mm thick Hylem sheet of size 84 x 54 cm.

Design and Supply of 250A four pole LT heavy duty switch diconnector fuse unit of ize 800 mm x 475 mm x 275 mm wall mounted type.
