Controller & wiring: Dismantling of the existing controller, hoist-way switches, fixtures, wiring and other unwanted accessories. Providing of VF controller suitable for existing duty load, stops, speed and simplex full collective operation. Providing of new position reference system in hoist way suitable new VF controller including Cams, spt switches, limit switches with mounting accessories. Providing of new hoist way harness suitable for new VVVF closed loop controller and fixture Providing of new travelling cables with cable hangers suitable for existing travel and stops. Providing of battery operated alarm bell, battery operated emergency light, fireman switch at lobby floor and new top of car inspection box. Providing of new RCOB, new DO2000 door operator along with linkages and car header. Fixtures and faceplate details: Providing of new GEN2 infinity type COP suitable for existing stops with SS hairline finish face plate and collective operation. Providing of LCD monochrome type digital car position indicator in COP. Providing of new LCD monochrome type digital position indicator at all floor. Providing of GEN2 infinity type hall buttons combined with digital position indicator with SS Hairline finish face plate suitable for simplex full collective operation at all landings. Safety upgrade: Providing of new governor with over speed switch, new electronic door detector for car doors and new Automatic Rescue device including ARD announcer, batteries and adopter.
