Easing the aluminium framed casement window shutter by cleaning the friction hinge with wire brush and oiling and greasing and cleaning the glass all complete including tightening of screw if needed all complete as directed by the engineer in charge

Floor polishing of mosaic tiles/ cast in situ flooring , kota stone flooring , marble flooring, skirting ,Steps and risers by machine inclding Cleaning floors, etc. to remove all the stain and dirt from the floor cost of all material required to complete as per directiction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of glazed tiles and plastic door manually or by using hand held machine with soft scrubber attached etc. to remove all the stain and dirt from the surface including cost of all material required to complete as per directiction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass 2 way bib cock of Parry ware make preferably COP-041PM 2-way Bib Cock

Providing and fixing premium quality Crome plated brass pillar cock of Parry ware or equivalent of approved quality to wash basin including cost of removing the damaged item all complete as directed by the engineer in charge,

Extra for washing and drying the verticle venation cloth strip to give a fresh look all complete as directed by engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of decorative type powder coated curtain rods with necessary number of support clamp or decorative brackets 25mm dia

Dismantling of existing aluminium / Gypsum partitions/wooden partations, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceilling including stacking of material without damiging any part / material, floor springs, pivots and door closers including necessary transportation within Same campus etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing aluminium partition, doors, windows and ventilators with dismantled extruded built up standerd tubular section/appropriate Z sections , glass and particle boards fixing with dash fasteners of required dia. & size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e top, bottom & sides with available material but providing and fixing new screws, gaskets and pivots etc. complete for housing full/Half hight cabins, cubicles and partitions including refixing of recovered floor springs and door closers for doors complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismanteling old PVC flooring, removing the old glue using appropreate solvent solution and cleaning the tiles including disposal of the unusable PVC tiles to any municipal dump near by all as directed by the engineer in charge

Dismanteling termite eaten cupboard (@ 4 nos) of size @ 1.5x0.7 meter and its shelf and disposing it in nearby muncipal dump all complete as directed by the engineer in charge
