Loading of Power Transformer main tank with oil and other accessories into truck from plinth including pulling/leading to a distance of 5 mtrs and the charges of all T&P's including all accessories etc

Transporting of Power transformer main tank with all accessories from one substation to another sub-station by low bed truck for 31 Ton to 50 Ton - First 100 KM (including insurance cost of 0.4% of SH value ) Value as decided by field engineer .

Transporting of Power transformer main tank with all accessories from one substation to another sub-station by low bed truck for 31 to 50 Tons - Beyond 100 KM upto destination (including insurance cost of 0.4% of SH value ) Value as decided by field engineer .

Unloading of Power Transformer main tank with oil and other accessories from truck covering the pulling for 5 mtrs and the charges of all T&P’s

Leading & pulling of power transformer from the plinth to safer Place within Substation Premises

Labour charges for erection of power Transformer accessories by using derrick wherever applicable for 10 MVA Power Transformer

Neutral bushing earthing at 2 Points and Transformer body earthing at two points. The channel and the M.S Plates for this will be supplied by the contractor. For 10 MVA power Transformer

Labour charges for Main tank Transformer Oil and OLTC Transformer oil , Hot Oil Circulation vacuum drying whenever applicable necessary to the required level and circulation of Oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning for Upto 3000 litres

Labour charges for Main tank Transformer Oil and OLTC Transformer oil , Hot Oil Circulation vacuum drying whenever applicable necessary to the required level and circulation of Oil till satisfactory results are obtained before commissioning. From 3001 to required quantity

Filter Machine Rent for per circulation

Termination of all sizes of cable glands including cost of all materials, labour etc., for all Power transformers

Termination of cable for all sizes of copper lugs, ferrules etc., including cost of materials, labour etc.,

Labour for laying of all size of cables

Labour charges for Cleaning , spray painting including “R”, “Y”, “B” Bushing painting of Power transformer and accessories including cost of Paint,waste, kerosene, soap etc.,

Labour charges for OLTC Overhauling Power/Auto Transformer including lifting of diverter cleaning replaceing of defective spares excluding materials cost .(Including T&P for lifting the OLTC and Travel & Conveyance charges)(The above work can be carried out purely on the basis of specially trained technician service availed from the reputed company when and where required)

Replacing of worn out gaskets by new gasket for all locations (ie,HV&LV bushings and Turrets,Buchholz pipeline,Top & side inspection covers,radiators,conservator tank,equalizing pipes,surge pipe lines etc.)in Power transformers complete,including hining charges of crane , and cleaning of entrire transformer , supply of waste etc., Note : The rate for the replacement of wornout gaskets is not sutable for coremounted transformers and are to be deceided by the official field engineers as per the site requirement .(gasket to be provided by the contractor)

Filling of N2 Gas for improving of IR values of Power transformer to attening the satisfactory value(excluding filter machine)

Hot air blower for improving of IR values of Power transformer to attaining the satisfactory value

Supply of HV Clamp for Power transformer for 10 MVA

Supply of LV Clamp for Power transformer for 10 MVA ( including Gun & Brass metal)

Supply of Neutral link for Power transformer for 10 MVA
