Repair/replacement of Flat iron strips 20mm x 3mm, two in numbers in each seat and back, shall be welded to frame of chair, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of existing worn out paint and Re-Painting to the entire frame of chair verandah with white colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approve make including removing old unserviceable PVC seat & back and fixing new PVC seat & back 4mm thick with wt. not less than 1.85 kg. of approved make complete all specified on drawing or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD

Removing of old unserviceable Prelaminated Particle board piece from hand board S&F of new hand board of existing size made of Prelaminated Particle Board exterior grade with 2mm thick PVC edging all around the board duly fixed with adhesive and hot pressing machine rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old/unservicable one piece PVC seat & back from chair, S & F new one piece PVC seat and back of best quality as per existing shape and size as shown in drawing and as directed.

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Chair school all as shown on drg.

Welding to broken joints/Jali of chair school all as directed/shown on drawing.

CHARPOY G I PIPE NYLON NEWAR : Removing of unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe, tightening of all loose components (i.e. complete charpoy), S&F ply wood of size 1980x900x12mm thick BWR Grade ISI marked of approved make. Plywood should be fixed with suitable numbers of mild steel galvanised iron nuts & bolts alongh with washer. 02 No. MS flat iron of size 40x6mm shall be fixed over long rails with nut and bolt complete duly painted with two coats of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&Fixed in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The back shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality (ISI marked) fixed to frame with screw and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs with welding to steel frame etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Sample of tapestry cloth shall be got approved by GE before incorporation in the work).

Welding to broken joints of Chair writng complete all as specified & directed.

Replacement of old unserviceable / broken arm rest with new arm rest of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert and shall be scratch and weather resistant of Chair briefing static base complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of existing worn out paint from in side & outside including preparation of surface frame complete of the following steel furniture and M&L for applying two coats of 1st quality synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide primer, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
