Additional Improvement works to the Sanitary Inspector office and ward office at Ramalinga jothi nagar in ward no 63

1.Supplying, Delivery, Febrication of roof with Poly carbonate sheet of 6mm thcik with any colour or any other approved design and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated, cutting the sheet in to the required size and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

2.Supplying, Fabrication and fixing of Mild steel hollow using truss and gate section etc complete

3.ABS DOOR / EQUIVALENT - Specification: Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre-laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm, reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. Hardware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification.

4.Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc. complete

5.plain Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates) mix using 20mm hard broken jelly for foundation and flooring including dewatering where ever necessary and laid in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick to required thick to required thickness , including cost and conveyance of materials to work site labour charges complete with standard specifications

6.PLASTERING with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand by volume) 12mm thickness for all internal/external surfaces like super structure, rainwater, ducts, elevation in all floors complying with standard specifications.

7.Painting with first quality emulsion paint two coats including thorough cleaning, scrapping, removal of dust and including necessary plaster of paris putty works wherever required etc., completed

8.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A FT switch with painting of suitable colour for open PVC light point / fan point

9.Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm. (22 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylem sheet cover for 5A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 5A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point

10.Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point

11.supply and fixing of 1200 mm (56”) sweep AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic regulator with 300 mm down rod on the existing clamp.(SD-106)

12.Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door of casement type from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

13.Supply and delivery of Large design Table best quality smooth finishing etc complete.

15.Writing the letter in the name board including labour and materials

16.Supplying and fixing Mild steel door with frame using L angle will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.

17.Supply and delivery of Steel Almirah 6feet including loacking arrangement best quality

18.Supply and delivery of Computer Table best quality smooth finishing etc complete.

19.Removing and Refixing of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block sizes 63 / 83mm thick to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 50mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting and laying of paver block as per standard specification
