Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm×500mmx6mm thick buried directed in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the piate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level) connected to and including galvanised strip 32x5mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron including PCC 1:2:4 in pit, angle iron 25x25x3mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2.4 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 150mm C/C both ways and 12 mm dia MS fabricated handle, medium grade Gi watering pipe 20mm bore with funnel, wire mesh and light grade Gi protection pipe 40mm bore upto 5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, salt, charcoal, etc. Including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 (Pt-1) and connected to main control board all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

Supply and installation , testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 58.5 KVA output at NTP with AMF control panel (all automatic system including contactor and timer switch), 415 Volts, 50 C/S AC, 3 phase 4 wire at power factor of 0.8 lagging all as per IS- 4272/2001, DG set mounted on common base plate and directly coupled through flexible coupling of diesel engine with cushy foot mountings (anti vibration) pad in and including acoustic insulated encloser/canopy with less 75 db noise level at 01 metre distance from DG set, complete with self starting system including accssories, equipment control panel ete complete as per manufacurers recommendations and to the satisfaction of Engr in charge. (a) Alternator (bush less) shall be design for an output of 58.5 KVA at full load for continuos rating at 0.80 PF AC 3 phase 4 wire 415 Volts 50 C/S with 1500 RPM speed, self excited self excited self regulated, screen protected, drip proof construction with insulation class 'H' with two end shield ball/roller bearing with damper winding in each pole faces as per IS-4722 or BS 2613-1970. The armature winding to be fixed on the stator and field winding on the rotor with complete AVR connections complete all as specified and directed.

(b)Diesel Engine :- Diesel Engine water cooled of suitable BHP and electric starter suitable to drive above alternator independently, coupled directly through flexible coupling, multi cylinder four stroke, cold starting, 1500 RPM industrial type as per BS-649 or IS-1601 with A1 electronic governor suitable to regulate speed of DG set from No load complete with fuel tank of capacity as per manufacturer recommendations, fuiel lines, exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope and with support and silencer mufflers etc for continuous operation and standared accessories, sump pre heaters etc all as specified and direcetd. (c) Control Panel : - The standared AMF panel consisting of control cubical fabricated sheet steel construction indoor type suitable for mounting accessories, multifunctional digital meter suitable for measuring energy, power factor, frequency, voltage (0-500) volts and current, including CT's of suitable ratio with inbuilt selector switch, indicator lamps LED type hours meter/RPM indicator, lub oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, oil temp gauge & fuel level indicator safety control for engine shut off (trip with visual indication) for low lube oil pressure, safety control for engine shut off (trip with visual indication) for high wtare temperature, safety control (trip with visual indication) for low fuel level with protection of short circuit/over load and auto shut down.

(d) Electric starter equipment :- The equipment will comprise the followngs : (i) Maintenance free sealed lead acid battery 12 V & Battery lead of adequate size and capacity (ii) Starter Motor (iii) Starter gearing (iv) Start/Stop push button. (vi) Invertor cum battery charger 1000 VA capacity suitable to work on 230 Volts 50 Hz AC supply system for charging of DG Set batteries externally when DG set is in off position (vi) Alternator/Dynamo of suitable capacity to charge the batteries while DG sets running complete with cut out all as per manufacturer recommendation os required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge **Cost of Foundation of DG Set to be included in quoted rate **Diesel Engine should conform to latest CPCB IV + norms (e) : Supply & Installing, testing & Commissioning SCADA Panel (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system to enable real-time remote monitoring, control, and logging of DG set parameters. Panel accompanied with operational reliability, compliance with CPCB norms IV+, and efficient fault diagnosis. The following featurs to be monitor on the SCADA Panel as under :-
