Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One of cement, four of M-sand and eight of hard broken stone) using 40mm size hard broken stone inclusive of shoring, structting, bailing out water, ramming, curing etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position READY MIX CONCRETE M30 grade using ordinary Portland cement with a minimum cement content by 370 kg / m³ with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 including the use of plasticizer of approved make and dosage of required grade, laying in position at all locations and levels using 20mm size and downgraded ISS HBG aggregates in all types of works including hire charges for pump and pumping charges to the required location, machine vibrating, pumping, curing providing fixtures like fan clamps etc., as specified charges for conveyance of RMC from plant to the site or all as required excluding cost of reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shuttering, mix design details to get approved before commencement of the work adopting pour card system by the departmental officers etc., complete as per IS 456-2000. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work such as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc., including strutting and shuttering wherever required using MS sheets of suitable size of BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like slab, beams, lintels, loft etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc., for all reinforced concrete work like lintels, window boxing etc., including shuttering, upto 3.00m high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm (spaced about 91cm centre to centre) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm centre to centre) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all floors etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. (Sunshade/Window/Boxing / column) For Sunshades,columns window boxing etc.,

Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 500 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 1786-1985 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (One of cement and six of M-sand) using Fly ash Bricks of size 230×110×70mm for super structure in the following floors including fixing the frames of doors and windows, scaffolding, proper setting curing etc, complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. IN GROUND FLOOR

Providing Ellis Pattern flooring 20mm thick (Ellis pattern) with layer of cement concrete 1:3 (one of cement and three of hard broken stone) (No sand) using hard blue granite chips of size 3mm to 10mm and surface rendered smooth over RCC slab including supplying and fixing 20mm dia GI pipe outlet etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Plastering the walls with cement mortar 1:5 (One of cement and five of P-sand) 12mm thick including scaffolding, finishing smooth, setting, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with two coats of cement paint of approved brand and quality over one coat of white cement including the cost of cement paint, brushes, scaffolding etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the new iron work with one coat of first class synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour in addition over the existing primer coat including the cost of paint patty brushes and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Weathering course in concrete broken brick jelly 20mm size in pure slacked lime over RCC roof slab the proportion being 32:12 1/2 (Thirty two parts of broken brick jelly and twelve and half of slacked lime) laying to a thickness of 110mm and compacked and well beaten to 80mm by using wooden hand beater of weight not exceeding 2 kg hand beating sprinkling liberally with lime water and a small proportion of solution prepared by soaking kadukkai dry nut powder and jaggery (vellam) and giving required slope and thickness on roof etc. complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof slab with one course of Hydraulic pressed tiles 23cm x 23cm x 2cm using cement mortar 1:3 (One of cement and three of M-sand) mixed with water proofing compound at 2% by weight of the cement and pointing with the same mortar, finishing, curing etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of 110mm dia PVC Rain water downfall pipe of 4 kg/cm² conforming to IS 13592-1992 (Type-A) with necessary bends, shoes, cost of special clamps, coupler if necessary including cost of solvent cement, proper aligning, teakwood plugs of approved quality etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Filling with 40mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling with 20mm size hard broken jelly in drying beds in other similar works including cost of materials, labour charges etc., all complete and directed by the departmental officers.(For filter media)

Filling with M-sand in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying filling m-sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthing as per ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.1mt class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less that 40mm and with 20mm dia copper earth flat of size 125mm x50mm x6mm, with funneling arrangement using charcoat, common salt, G.I reducer,. check nuts etc., and mansonry work and providing RCC cover slab 38mm thick for the Brick mansonry including cost of steel and fabrication of reinforcement etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and fixing of mild steel grills of approved design for doors, windows, ventilators, grills, for passage verandah, staircase handrail etc., including cost of necessary screws, plugs one coat of red oxide primer of approved quality, labour charges for fixing etc., complete in all respects comlying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(the design of grills should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before the supply) In all floors.

White washing two coats using clean shell lime including the cost of lime gum brush etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and Erecting Pull and Push Type Rolling Shutter with ISI make of approved size and section using 18 GI sheet. The shutter shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer and the rate is inclusive of hood covers, transportation charges etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers. Supply and delivery of submersible centrifugal sewage non-clog pumps, vertical spindle type pump , wear resistance with submersible motor for the various duty conditions. Pump shall be capable of handling min 100 mm solid size with sewage specific gravity of up to 1.05. Pump shall be of robust construction, Liquid passages shall be finished smooth and designed as to allow free passage to solids. Pump Impeller should be of Non-clog semi open type , single vane / multi vane preferably contra bloc or vortex impeller design. Double mechanical seal with silicon carbide faces should be provided to protect the motor from ingress of sewage along the shaft. The critical speed of the rotor shall be at least 30% above the operating speed. Pumps should have double bearings between the pump & motor. The bearings life shall be minimum 100,000 hrs of operation with greased for life. Pump should be provided with automatic coupling device including pedestal, duck foot bend, stainless steel guide pipe or related accessories of suitable size to facilitate lifting and lowering into guide rails for easy maintenance. Pump shall be provided with a stainless steel lifting chain conforming to BS 970 Gr 304. Pump speed shall be of 9600 rpm for high duty pumps and 960/1450 rpm for low duty pumpsets. Casing and impeller should be of CI Gr. FG 260 :IS210 more preferably with hardened impeller. Shaft should be of stainless steel AISI 410. All the fasteners and bolts shall be of AISI 410.The submersible motor shall be operated with 3ph, 415 V(+or– 10%), 50Hz(+or-5 %) dry induction type. Motor shall be capable of giving rated output without reduction in the expected life span when operated continuously. The rotating assembly shall be dynamically balanced as per standards. The starting current of the motor shall not exceed 200% of rated full load current for Star / Delta or ATS starting under any circumstances .The motor shall be suitable for full voltage star delta / ATS starting. The locked rotor current of the motor shall not exceed 600% of full load current unless otherwise specified. Motor shall be designed to withstand 120% of rated speed for two minutes without any mechanical damage, in either direction of rotation. The motor vibration shall be within the limit specified in applicable standards . Motor should be of IE2, explosion proof compatible for VFD operation together with star-Delta /ATS starter, protection against increase in stator winding temperature (15 deg Celsius), bearing temperature, leakage in the stator housing and terminal box shall be provided and to be suitably interlocked with the control panel for tripping the pump in case of increase in temperature beyond set limit. Insulation class shall be of “Class H” and degree of protection shall be of IP 68 as per IS 4691. Motor shall be suitable for continuous operation in fully submerged or partially submerged condition. The pumpset shall be supplied with power cable of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, copper, flexible, round type with required conductor size and number of cores as per starting method and of specified length for continuous use under water and air. The control cable of PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, flexible for stator winding temperature sensor 3core x 1.5 sq.mm copper conductor and for bimetallic switches 2core x 1.5 sqmm copper conductor shall be provided. Motor shall be supplied with 10m of round submersible copper cable of suitable size etc.,complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.
