i) Checking of regular parameters required for smooth operation of STP. ii) Ensure desired water quality and quantity. iii) All necessary measures to be taken for satisfactory operation of plant. iv) Regular cleaning of bar screen. v) Regular backwash and rinsing of Multi-grade filter, and Activated carbon filter. vi) To undertake regular preventive maintenance of the mechanical equipment’s such as pumps, valves etc and take corrective action in order to ensure smooth operation of the STP. vii) Checking of oil & grease and servicing of all blowers and gear boxes. viii) Physical monitoring of abnormal sound, alignment of pumps, motors, blowers, ix) To check and repair the Electrical LT panel including its components and it’s wiring for proper functioning. x) Clearing sludge bed on regular basis.

Note: i) The rates quoted are deemed to be inclusive of Repairs and replacement of spares as and when required basis by employing trained manpower. How ever the items will be measured and paid under relevant item of schedule ii) Contractor shall send trained technicians to make the plant opeartional within 3 to 4 hours by repairing the system in case of repair. Cost of replacement of spares shall be measured and paid under relevant items of schedule. Failure of operation of plant will be penalised @ Rs 1000/ per day. Suitable number of technicians shall be employed by the contractor to monitor the system on daily basis. No extra payment will be done on this account.
