Supply FAA certified / compliant model, Bi-directional inset type High intensity Green/Red runway Threshold cum End LED light fitting for aviation visual aids requirements complete with shallow base of side cable entry and matching body of the fitting, inner body of the fitting, inner body and outer cover complete with LED lamp with integral driver, fail-open technology and electronics suitable for 6.6 Amps current with connected heat resistant accessories, prism assembly, optical assembly, "O" ring seal, pressure relief test plug, hardware, lenses, cable lead with plug and all standard accessories and ready for site installation compatible to existing ALCMS/ILCMS conforming to latest ICAO /CAR requirement as per specifications complete as required. Toe in angle and Left / Right quantities as per site conditions.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant model, Elevated, Uni-directional, Yellow, suitable for ICAO all weather operation, LED Runway Guard lights complete with Two elevated LED light fittings, driver, site programmable flash control unit ( switching device), cable lead with plug, Lense, glass, optical assembly, seal, hardware and all standard accessories, ready for site installation along with breakable coupling and base plate as per site requirement etc. compatible to existing ALCMS conforming to latest ICAO / CAR requirement as per specifications complete as required.

Supply & laying of 2 core 4 sqmm 600 V grade, copper conductor, EPR insulated, PCP sheathed, underground secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits complete as required and conforming to technical specifications.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant, Secondary connector kit suitable for connection 2X4 sq. mm multi stranded annealed conductor, unshielded secondary airfield lighting cables as per specification etc. as required.

Supply of FAA certified / compliant 100 Watt, 6.6/6.6 Amp,completely enclosed rubber covered isolating transformer for use of 6.6 amps series airport lighting circuits having nominal voltage rating of 5KV and all rated for operation on 50 Hz. The transformer shall be water tight and shall be designed for direct burial in the earth or installation in a base for AGL application, confirming to the technical specifications, complete as required.

Installation,testing and commissioning of inset type high intensity Threshold cum end lights fitting on the Runway surface by fixing the shallow base with dobefil and hardener, installation of isolating transformer, crimping/jointing of plug & receptacles, laying of secondary leads, connections, earthing etc. complete as required and includes supply of all materials excluding fixture, secondary lead, isolating transformer and plug & receptacles etc. complete as required.

Kerfs cutting with machine in runway of cement concrete surface of suitable depth and width for laying of 32mm MS Pipe and refilling the same by suitable sealing material etc. complete as required.

Core cutting at cement surface of runway suitable for inset fittings, arranging power supply with the help of DG sets and water arrangement , removing core, cleaning, disposing debris at suitable location as decided by EIC, etc. for inset fittings installations etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of cover plate suitable for isolating transformer housing CI box of 330 mm dia including dismantling the existing elevated fittings and shift to the same in AAI store etc complete as required.

Making an additional hole of suitable size for 32 mm dia MS pipe on existing transformer housing boxes installed in concrete surface at site by using Gas cutter for laying of secondary lead from shallow box to existing transformer housing box as per site requirement required.

Numbering of GLF fittings with letters in yellow on black back ground as per instruction of Engineer in charge as required.

Supply and drawing of single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH, PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded Copper Conductor cable suitable 1.1 KV grade AC Supply confirming to IS:694 upto date amendments in the existing PVC/HDPE/MS conduit etc complete as required.

Providing and laying of 32mm dia medium class MS Pipe in the existing kerf cutting, complete as per site requirement.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe with charcoal/ coke and salt etc complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess or in HDPE/metal pipe for loop earthing along with cable as required.

Supply of following spare parts for above runway end /threshold LED lights as mentioned in above item no 1.
