Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete.

Dismantling Barbed fencing wire, any type complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including door gates etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete.as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out jopints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Dismantling of Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis including Cutting of hedges and pruning of trees (posts and rails measured separately) etc complete.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft & loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete.

M&L pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating Gi based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thik of an colour having tensile strenght of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation/filling and mass concrete complete all as spd complete all as specifided .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any type or size complete.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia or over, cut to length, bend to shape required, fixed independently to support chain link fencing complete all as specified. (Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 )

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 75mm long and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ladders etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12mm graded stone aggregate in coping, plinth course, parapets or roof kerbs ,rounded or chamfered on edges and kerb stone including necessary form work complete .

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete, manhole covers including all use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting the blocks, slabs etc in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed. (Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule "A")

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, , finished even and smooth using extra cement , laid in panels including making joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC jali 35mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set and jointed in CM 1:4 incl dismentling of old jali all as specified.

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast post for securing RCC jali post straining or terminal post struts etc for fencing average sectional area not exc 100 sq. cm height up to 70cm , with or without chamfered angles and flat splyed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

M&L for old painted surface steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying a coat of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete as specified as Eng in charge .

M&L for preparing new or previously untreated steel and iron surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete as specified as Eng in charge.

M&L for Preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint white or tinted over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete.

M&L for Preparing Old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement paint white or tinted over a coat of primer as per manufacturer's instructions complete.
