SCHEDULE 'A' (PART -I B/R Portion)

Material and labour for Preparing bituminous/painted surfaces and painting lines, dashes,arrows, letter etc, on roads, pavements and like exceeding 10 cm wide with water based road mark paint white or golden yellow colour all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Preparing bituminous/painted surfaces and painting lines, dashes,arrows, letter etc, on roads, pavements and like not exceeding 10 cm wide with water based road mark paint white or golden yellow colour all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking paint (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour etc. either continuous or broken lines over existing or new painting surface of cement or bituminous surface by using thermoplastic material "Brand :- Road king or equivalent brand approved Morth, IRTC including supply of paint material at the rate of 5Kg/Sqm & glass beads at the ratio 0.30 Kg/sqm (Reflective Index 1.5) by using semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including removal of old painting, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foregin material etc. and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and in accordance with applicable specification. Note:- Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH Technology and speciality complete.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall exc 10 cm girth or width by washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as secified and directed.

Cleaning of covered drains incl removal of silt, grass etc including depositing the same to distance n.exc 50 mtr along the runway. Note: The actual depth of silt deposited in the drain only be considered for measurement.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins,arches,pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cover slab for culvert/drain and set in CM 1 : 4 including necessary form work complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ as in copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work as necessary all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick CM 1:4 other than fair faces of brick work or concrete as in wall surfaces, finished even and smooth without using a extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix TMT bars 10mm and over cut to length, bend to shape required including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and inlcuding MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in drain/surface channels finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Forming fair finish drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for add or deduct 25mm grith or part thereof over and under 30cm Forming fair finish drain or channel in cement concrete using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
