Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing broken/unserviceable UPVC pipe of size 160mm/110mm bore including fittings from trenches, walls, floors, etc including cutting/burning out joints and bailing out water from trenches where required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast Ductile Iron spun pressure pipes (Class K9) of 150 mm bore with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc coating (130 gm/sqm minimum) and bituminous finish layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with socket & spigot ends (ISI marked) conforming to IS 8329-2000 suitable for push on rubber gasket/tyton joint laid in trenches complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork, DI fittings / specials & joints shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Laying only, jointing and testing old serviceable galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 50mm bore obtained serviceable vide serial item No. 7.00 here-in-before including cleaning the pipe from inside & outside properly including rust & mud removal, with & including new fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in new or old position complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rate shall deemed to include new GI fittings (ISI marked). Old fittings shall not be used.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 50mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling and taking up or down steel water tubing and connections of 20mm bore, fixed in walls, ceiling, floors, trenches etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing medium grade of 20mm bore (ISI marked) with & including all fittings laid in trenches, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply and fixing rubber gasket tyton joint (push on joint) including rubber ring suitable for 150mm bore socket & spigot DI pipe and fittings complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing rubber gasket tyton joint (push on joint) including rubber ring suitable for 100mm bore socket & spigot DI pipe and fittings complete all as specified.

S&F 50mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 50 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

S&F 20mm bore Gun metal gate valve (ISI marked) with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable gate valve of 20mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 150 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 150 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 100 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable sluice valve of 100 mm bore, complete, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing Ductile Iron fittings, specials (K-12) such as bends, tapers, collars, reducers, tee pieces (single or double branch) any type, angle/radius and straight connecting pieces etc (ISI marked) conforming to IS 9523 for flanged/socket and spigot ends suitable for DI pipe upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Run lead/Tyton Joints shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 90cm x 90cm x 90cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit.

M&L for Valve Pit of internal size 60cm x 60cm x 60cm built in brick masonry complete all as specified in Particular Specifications and as shown on drawing No. BTD-811 Sheet No. 1/2 & 2/2 including dismantling of old existing unserviceable vale pit.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trench less technology using ultra sound technique & necessary machine suitable for passing the DI pipe upto 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting of DI/UPVC pipe upto 150 mm bore in position for reducing to required length for insertion of new branch, tee, collar, tail pieces, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Excavation & earth work and fittings required for job shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.
