Taking down existing unserviceable treatment of any description including cement plaster/cement concrete of any thickness from roof surface cleaning of roof surfaces and preparing it for further treatment and removing rubbish from the site up to 50mtrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screeding 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of RCC /stone patti roof surface finished fair & even without using extra cement even complete all as spescified and directed.

M & L for five layered roof treatment with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane, 3 mm thick having centre core not less than 100 micron high molecular high density polythylene film (HMHDPE) protected on both sides with high polymeric asphaltic mix and 20 micron HMHDPE film weight not less than 3 Kg/ Sqm applied with bonding material using blown type bitumen Grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over bitumen primer conforming to IS- 3384 @ 0.40 Kg/ Sqm with final coat of bonding bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm over APP membrane with all overlaps complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick (average consolidated thickness) PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate laid in slope as in padding, finished even and smooth on existing slope including provision of 'V' shaped groove 6mm wide and 10mm deep at 0.6metre interval or parts thereof, both ways on top of PCC padding and filled with mastic bitumen of (1:1) proportion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coved filled in PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate at junction of roof and parapet wall / mumty / other vertical space and applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @0.30 litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting of any gauge any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275 gm/sqm & two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screws and washers in roofs etc. complete all as specified & directed. NOTE: Old serviceable sheets retrieved vide Sl item no 7.00 here in before shall be reused.

S & F 0.63mm plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley, gutters drip etc with grade of zinc coating 120gm/sqm complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet, 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge 6mm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling single layer of Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing including wooden fillet complete all as specified and directed

M & L for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 18.00 here in before but except roof tiles NOTE: Old serviceable roof tiles retrieved vide Sl Item no 17.00 shall be reused.

M & L for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, square, rectangular in section of size exc 6 sqcm & n.exc 13 sqcm clean sawn, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and S & F false ceiling with Everest Fibre Cement Designer tile Ivory painted (High Pressure Steam Cured) of 4mm thickness(as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595 mm and any one of the desin (occeanic, lake & hill, cascade or electra) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length, and 15x32mm made from 0.30 mm thick sheet, and cross "T" of size 15x32mm made of 0.30 mm sheet, spaced between main "T" at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 600X600mm and wall angle of size 15x20mm made of 0.30 mm thick sheet and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixures,smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI soffit cleats fixed to existing rafter, purlin,etc with dash fasteners,GI adjustable rods of 3mm dia with gavanised Butterfly level clips, spaced at 1200 mm c/c along main T, bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T-sections shall be centra black pre-painted with polyester paint, and having a load bearing capacity of 12 kg/sqm, all complete at all height complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel framed work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including drilling for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) quality-A complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 Ltr but n.exc 500 Ltrs capacity each, keeping aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting it required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick sand stone slab, set & jointed on joints in CM 1:4 including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type, B-0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate (for providing bottom cover to PVC tank) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connection 15mm bore keeping aside for reuse or removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on stone/brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on stone masonry external surfaces of wall finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 100/75mm dia eaves gutter and AC rain water pipe (any description) complete all as specified and directed.
