Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating over area n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over area exc 1.5 m in depth or part there of and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Return filling in Surplus soil, back filling of retaining wall including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks using PCC 1:3:6, type C1(using 20mm graded stoneaggregate), exc.10cm in width, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparing newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade ED (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling, foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Nominal mix RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concretecomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Nominal mix RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; anythickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Nominal mix RCC M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Slabs supported on walls,beams and columns in floors,roofs,landings, balconies,canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, rafts, and raft beams sides and soffit of foundations and plinth beam and similar work for flat rough finished surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for use and waste form work to faces of walls retaining walls abutments, parapets and like for flat rough finishesd surface all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 110 mm bore PVC pipes as in weep holes all as specified.

M&L for broken stone or boulders including hand packing (any thickness) at back side of weep holes and raising or lowering to the equired level all as specified

M&L Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 50 m but n.exc 250 m and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.50 m above the Starting point all as directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone as Surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes incl packing under and complrtely surrounding pipes with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 450 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L reinforced Cement concrete pipes NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars dia 450mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching is grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 including raised pointed in cement mortar 1:4 (including dressing and levvelling the surface) complete all as specified and as directed.
