SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL BITUMINOUS ROADS IN AREA FROM BLDG NO P49 TO P76 AND P77 AT MASIMPUR MIL STATION

Material and labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and stacking serviceable material for reuse at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Screening road metal, chippings etc on the site of work, when specially ordered including removing screened materials clear of screen and stacking in separate heaps for measuring (Materials from both side of screen measured for payment) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 150 mm thick WBM in two layers each of 75 cm thick (compacted thickness) with broken metal of granite, trap or basalt stone of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm) spread, rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Both the layer shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.)

All as per item No. 3 above but except supply of road metal. (Note: Road metal received from serial item No. 1 of shall be reused.)

Material and labour for preparing WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for premix bituminous macadam of coarse aggregate (50 to 20mm), using paving bitumen of VG-30 grade @ 4% by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid by mechanical paver finisher, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed. Note: The premix bitumen will be laid as in levelling course in suknen/ damaged road patches as per site requirement.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 2.5 Kg per 10Sqm using paving bitumen grade VG-10 over bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying premixed bituminous carpet, 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 Cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.2 Kg of binder (using paving bitumen VG-30), rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to potholes of depth exc 30mm and area not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bitumen grade Vg-10 @ 5 Kg per 10Sqm, putting in premix 2 cm consolidated thickness with 0.27 cum of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 Kg of binder (paving bitumen Vg-30 grade), rolled with power roller 8 to 10tonne and compacted to required camber and gradient and finishes to a uniform and smooth surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for liquid seal coat applying evenly binder @ 9.80Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 Cum per 10Sqm and rolled to required camber and gradient with power roller 8 to 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking colour paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment including 50mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling old brick edging laid dry all as directed.

Material and labour for continious brick edging (using old size sub-class 'B' brick) with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n.exc. 15cm depth in soft / loose soil, depth and removing rubbish upto a distance n.exc. 50 m all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Road Marking Strips, Lines, Dashes, Arrows, Letters etc of 2.5 mm thick [Reflective Type] of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 on roads, pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with Hot Thermo Plast material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface complete as per MoRT & H specifications including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil grease and foreign materials etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in Repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono crystalline solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed
