REPAIR TO SOLAR POWER PLANT 2 MW AT MILITARY STATION SRI GANGANAGAR

Repair/ maintenance and servicing of 1 MW inverter ,Make-ABB of 2 MW SPV plant at Sri Ganganagar. The job includes as under;- a. Inspection and cleaning of all terminals of Inverters. b. Testing & examinations of all parameters like voltage, DC AC Current at all strings. c. Inspection of control panel to check for warning messages or error codes display to find problem with the system’s components or indicators of potential failure. d. Cleaning of air intake Filter e. Checking & Inspection of the cooling fan to ensure working properly, removal of dust build-up on fan, Checking of malfunctioning such as noise, vibration or poor air flow from vents in the system’s housing unit etc. f. Adjustment of drive parameters. g. Examine / Inspection of wiring connections for any exposed wires that could lead to short circuits due to direct contact between conductors carrying different voltage levels in your system’s components. h. Testing of proper installation / checking of brackets are securely fastened at all points and properly installed — including around frames, mounting posts and rails. j. Testing and examinations of faulty or burned SPD/ IGBT/Mother Board etc. k. Updating of Software Note;- i Items required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately after replacement of unserviceable parts plant should be in functional stage. ii Servicing to be carried out by specialized agency of Solar critical installation. iii Items /Spares required to be replaced are as below (S. No 2 to 6) iv All unserviceable items retrieved during maintenance will be deposited to AGE E/M Sub Div.

Supply only IGBT kit ,IGBT Module +Drive FS450R12KE3(AGDR CARD) suitable for ABB Make inverter of cap 1 MW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply only ETHERNET -RETA 02 Option/SP kit suitable for ABB Make inverter of cap 1 MW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply only 20 Amp HRC Fuse link OFF AA000GG20/NH000 20 A69 suitable for ABB Make inverter of cap 1 MW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply only Fuse 1000 Amp 690 V DC suitable for ABB Make inverter of cap 1 MW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. .

Supply only Digital I/O EXTEN RDIO-01 OPTION/SP KIT suitable for ABB Make inverter of cap 1 MW complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.
